The magnetic attachment is perfect if you are mounting to anything metal, otherwise there are self-adhesive metal pieces that you can attach anywhere. Where I am using them does not get a lot of motion activation and the battery lasts a few weeks. That is a decent amount of time, but I find recharging these regularly to be a pain. I am on the fence whether it would have been better to just run wiring and have some that don't need to be recharged. ... show more

They were easy to hang with the included double sided tape and are so beautiful in my kitchen. They charge with a usb-c cord (included, but I used iPhone chargers). I had to charge the lights every other day! It is very inconvenient. If the the battery lasts longer as noted on the ad, the lights would be great! But I can't say it at the moment as the batteries suck!!!
