I purchased this “belly band” after suffering a large ventral hernia and incarcerated umbilical hernia. It cost more than some others I looked at, but it is worth it! The Velcro that fastens the belt around my middle is EXTREMELY strong and secure. The belt itself is VERY wide and made of high quality elastic. It does not ride up and provides excellent support when standing and walking. I do, however, find it a bit uncomfortable to wear when I am sitting. All in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!

Has abdominal surgery and this girdle helped a lot. Fabric is soft and durable the only negative thing is that the velcro is so strong that i has to do too much strength to remove the girdle. Not ideal after surgery

I decided to try this hernia belt- as it was cheaper than most and I loved the skin tone color. It did the job but - It ended up being way to thick and very stiff-not comfortable at all! I returned it.

I am incredibly shocked at the quality of this wrap. There is plenty of Velcro as seen in my pictures. I'm shocked that it even has two steel bones in it to maintain your posture. You can see the boning in my picture, they are covered with fabric. I couldn't find any specs in the description to show how wide it is but I would estimate about 8 inches which is perfect. Love the fact that it's made of a breathable fabric/design. I tried it on but have not actually worn it yet but so far I would give it 10 out of 10.
