I ordered this treadmill to use for exercise. When it came and was set up, it did not work. The error code given was not one included in the instruction book. I placed a call to the Umay company and was given instructions to take a picture of the label next to the power button-which I did, and send it to them. They then sent a new part to be installed on that machine. (Thankfully , I have a brother who will do this sort of thing for me!) After installing the new part, using YouTube instructions given by the Umay representative, the treadmill STILL did not work and gave the same error message. I had already thrown the packing materials away, so I called Amazon to see what to do next. They told me that this company does not have many issues with their products. They reordered a new treadmill for me (at no new cost ) and told me to send the defective one back in the new one's packaging. They gave me a label to use when I did. All through this process, I was in contact with the Umay representative apprising them of what I was doing. They were very supportive of each step and told me that my satisfaction was of utmost importance. I really appreciated that attitude. The second treadmill worked from the get go and I am now using it without issues. It has only been two weeks, but I have faith that it will continue to give me long term use. I definitely recommend the Umay company and their awesome Customer Service!! They have my sincerest thanks! ... show more

I purchased this treadmill with the intent to use it regularly. However, barely a year after purchasing, I am finding myself needing to purchase a new treadmill due to major issues with this treadmill’s durability. After barely over a year of regular use the deck under the belt has broken. Prior to the deck breaking, the belt itself continued to move to one side despite attempting to adjust the belt tension. This issue has resulted in the belt wearing significantly as it runs against the plastic guides in the front and back of the treadmill. Additionally, the belt problem appeared to have caused the treadmill to overheat and turn off on its own in the middle of my runs. I am well within the advertised weight limit and have ensured that the treadmill is maintained well. The problem is that this treadmill was NOT built to last. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Excellent running machine, I feel more energetic walking 10 min a day, I stimulate my muscles and I feel more active, I recommend them is easy to assemble and store, under the bed it does not take up space.

A very comfortable and compact treadmill. Not big in size which is perfect for my home. Also liked that it was pretty quiet. It has different programs and levels. It has a heart rate monitor, a distance meter, and counts calories. It is convenient to adjust the speed with the buttons on the hand holder. The other hand holder has stop and start buttons. It is also very easy to assemble and install. It has an application that you can install on your phone and train, I really liked it. So, it sounds like you found the perfect treadmill for your home! It's compact, quiet, and packed with features like different programs, a heart rate monitor, and even an app to help you track your workouts. Plus, it's easy to adjust the speed and assemble. I M 72 with knee and lumbar spine disease. I cannot go outside and walk as often as I would like too and just walk for thirty minutes. but this treadmill does the job. I can walk inside and have the convenience of my home. It does not have incline, but I do not want to walk uphill, therefore with the price and size with handle's it works very well for me. ... show more

When I received this, the box was damaged. Upon Inspection, the treadmill was not damaged. Instructions were extremely vague. Only photos of how to put unit together. Diagrams do not match and absolutely no diagrams on how to oil the belt.
