I have a sink in my shop that is located below and in between a long row of cabinetry. The configuration of the cabinets created an environment that has been extremely difficult for me to fill with light. The primary light is mounted to the ceiling behind me, such ,that my body casts a shadow over the sink space. I was grazing along my AMAZON account one evening and spotted this UltraPro, 36 inch, LED, Plug-in, Under Cabinet Light. It features a three position High/Low/Off switch, a warm white light, as opposed to that eye straining bright blue light, and it fit my application need PERFECTLY!! It also comes with a 5' cord that's designed with a flat 3-prong space-saver plug that hugs the wall. The high/low switch allows me to choose whether to use one or the other, depending upon my need at the moment. I leave it on the low setting when I am away, and I don't open the door to a dark room when I enter the shop. The bright setting is amazingly bright without burning up my eyes in the process. PERFECT!! From package to mounted and plugged in was less than ten minutes, and EVERYTHING that I needed, hardware and fastener wise, was all there in the box! It even comes equipped with a link cord for daisy chaining a series of lights together in order to install a number of UltraPro lights in a row beneath the cabinet. The unit is reasonably priced and well made. I was astonished at the quality of material and craftsmanship!     • GREAT LIGHT. SWITCH IS SMALL AND FLIMSY AND HARD TO OPERATE.

I really like these lights. They were easy to install with the two provided screws. I connected two of them together with the accompanying connection cord and it worked like it should. The one thing I was disappointed about is that the connected light was not operated by the one switch on the light plugged into the wall. That may be a good thing for some, but it was a drawback for me. Also, the switches on the lights are small and very cheap. I am afraid that they will not last and they are hard to operate. I plan to put a sturdy switch on the power cord, so I can operate both lights with one switch and I will not put a lot of wear on the switches on the lights. There is also two settings on the lights, low and high. I really like that feature because it gives you a lot of lighting options. I would recommend these lights and I will probably buy them again. They are reasonably priced. They put out a lot of light. They are connectable. They have two light setting. They are easy to install. If you don't need a 'cool temp' light, I don't find any flaws. Very good hardware (mounting screws) and build quality + bluetooth and a polished app (android). Yowza. I use it for a monitor/computer overhead light and at 1% brightness it works great. A 0.75% setting would be nice but maybe an App update(?). App was super easy to setup in android. As intuitive as I have seen in 10 years. How the item and the app it works is WAY ABOVE than this price point. When I first turned it on I thought it was too warm by a lot, but have come to feel like it is 'normal'. If there is a caveat, it throws light everywhere, so I put a shade to take take the glare out of my eyes. But I am using it in an unorthodox way so if have it under a cabinet then definitely be perfect. Oh yeah, it came wth a jumper cable to daisy chain the light off one dc adapter and light to light, that was cool appreciated and unexpected. ... show more

I installed two of these in my small closet and used their 6' extension link cable (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082XY3X89?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details). I opted to try a long velcro strip first as these are very light and I'm hoping they'll stay up, otherwise I'll screw them into place. The lumens are great, nice and bright and exactly what I needed to see my clothes more easily! I also used adhesive cable clips to organize the cabling.     • Nice looking LED fixture but has a fatal flaw

Last year I bought two of these LED fixtures; one installed under a desk and the other inside a pantry closet. They initially looked great and I liked the ability to switch between two brightness levels. However, within one month the under-desk LED stopped working. It had been set to the higher brightness level and was running about 4-6 hours a day. The product description says "lifetime LED", but that's a pretty short lifetime so I requested and received a replacement. Well, that one also failed in about 3 months, so I figured maybe the higher brightness level was taxing the LEDs, and just set it to lower brightness. Alas, that also failed within 6 months, leaving me with a completely dead fixture. Since the other still-working fixture inside my pantry closet gets powered up only when the pantry door is open (usually less than a few minutes a day), I think these fixtures are only suitable for short on times. If you intend to have these lit for more than a few hours a day, you might want to look elsewhere. ... show more
