I absolutely love this pillow! The brochure said it could take up to two weeks to see full results, but I honestly noticed an improvement after the very first night. I've been sleeping on it for about a week now, and I feel wonderful. I used to wake up with a stinging pain in my lower neck almost every day, and that pain has actually disappeared. The ergonomic shape takes a little getting used to because it doesn't look like a traditional pillow, but once I lay my head down, it makes sense. The memory foam conforms nicely around my head, neck, and shoulders, and gives me a very supported feeling without being hard or uncomfortable. I sleep both on my back and side, and it has been comfortable in both positions. Another thing I really appreciate is that the foam doesn't seem to get hot or uncomfortable like some memory foam pillows I've tried. I let the pillow fully expand for three days before using it, as recommended, so it would reach its maximum fullness. One little cosmetic thing: because of its unusual ergonomic shape, it doesn't look quite like a traditional pillow on my bed. During the day I put a regular pillowcase over it and arrange my other pillows around it. At night I remove that case and use the pillowcase that came with it. This is purely for appearances and has nothing to do with comfort or performance. It also comes with a 100-day guarantee, which gives me extra confidence in trying a pillow like this. After only a week, I'm genuinely impressed. The biggest test for me is that the stinging neck pain I had been experiencing is gone, and I'm sleeping well and very comfortably every night. Side sleeper here. I've been using Pillow Cube for a couple of years now and although it's very good, every now and then I would wake up with neck pains or stiffness. Although the firmness is pleasant, I think it was mainly due to the pillow being a little too high (even though it's designed for side sleepers). Sometimes I'll sleep on my back too but the Pillow Cube really isn't designed for that so that also contributed to the neck pains. I saw an ad on YouTube for a pillow similar to this product. It really caught my interest but the one I saw in the ad was a bit expensive so I began looking in Amazon. I saw this one was on sale so I took advantage and bought it after reading some really positive reviews. I've been using it for about 5 nights now (when I unpacked it I let it expand for 48 hours before using it wanted to make sure it was fully set and ready to go). I don't wanna jump the gun too soon but so far as a side sleeper I think this is the best pillow for sleep I've ever had. They really thought this one out as far as the science behind it goes. It's ergonomic for your neck and shoulders. The neck pain is gone and I'm not exaggerating, it's gone. It snuggles my shoulders and neck just right and I've genuinely noticed I'm waking up less and I'm in genuine profound sleep for longer. One huge plus is I can sleep on my back as well because the design is also for that apart from sleeping on your side. It stays nice and cool all night too which is another plus feature. At first I thought it was a little too low in height it kinda turned me off but I said before I return it let me give it a genuine shot. The firmness for me is perfect but that's something that varies among the individual person some people prefer more firm pillows and others softer pillows. But this one overall has quite impressed me. I'll be sure to update after a while to point out how it's holding up with some wear and tear, but if this holds up I'm considering buying a second one.

I slipped my C5 disc doing CrossFit six years ago. If you’re reading this and you’ve experienced a cervical disc injury, you know how painful it can be. For the last six years, I’ve lived with near-constant pain — shooting pain from my neck up into my head, down my arm, and numbness in my arm. I’ve tried multiple pillows over the years and never found one that truly helped or gave me consistent relief. About six weeks ago, I slept wrong and had a major flare-up. It was almost as painful as the original injury. That’s when I decided it was time to try something different. This pillow caught my attention because of its contour shape, the way your head rests in it, and the height options. The reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. For the first time in six years, I have real relief. The improvement was noticeable the very first morning. I did rest more and limited exercise to walking during the flare-up, but I genuinely credit most of my recovery to this pillow. For reference, I am 5’11”, 185 lbs, with broad shoulders. Pillow height and firmness matter a lot for me. I am a side sleeper, and this pillow supports my neck perfectly. Although I was going to return it because it looked so small, I took it upstairs to compare to my other pillows and I was right, it was small. (Totally forgot that I previously invested in extra large, fluffy pillows). I sat it on the bed and went back downstairs but couldn't stop thinking about it. I had such high hopes that this pillow would work. I am so done with the almost daily neck pain... For months, it seemed like every morning or every other morning, I would wake up with a kink in my neck, some days were worse than others as they would last all day. As a matter of fact, when I took the new pillow upstairs, I felt the pain in my neck from the night before. I had it, couldn't return it that night so figured I might as well give it a try. During the game, I'd go back upstairs and just try it. Lay my head on it, this is after watching about 20 video reviews on it. I noticed that I got excited about going to bed, I was truly looking forward to giving this pillow a try. I don't know if it has any affect on snoring but I do know that I did something that I haven't done in years and I immediately noticed it. I sat up, my arms raised and I had a nice yawn. I didn't sleep through the night, I hardly ever do but going back to sleep was pretty fast. I had a goodnights sleep. No neck pain at all and it's been a while since I haven't felt it. I normally don't give a review without a few days or weeks of testing a new product but this pillow is a Godsend and I absolutely Love It!!! If that changes, I'll give an update. There are two things I don't like but the pillow does what it says it will do so it still gets 5 Stars. 1.) I like to sleep a little higher up, they have an additional pad but you have to contact the seller. Would be better if it was just added or you had the option to automatically get it. If I have to pay or it takes a long time to get, a star or two will be lost. 2.) Notice how all the photos show a woman lying comfortably on it? I'm a guy, 210 lbs. that arm rest is a couple of inches long (wide), I wish it were a couple more. Felt like my arm would slide off, I couldn't get it just right. It was still helpful because I was able to keep my hand on it. No cramps, no bad circulation. So far, I Really Like It! Ps, it comes with a 10 year warranty 😊

I love this type of pillow! It cradles my head perfectly and its amazing for sleeping on your side. I initially bought it to help with my snoring. I know this is not really what its ment for but my fiance was losing sleep over the snoring so I was willing to try anything. It definitely provides support on my neck. I try to make an additional effort to tilt my head into the pillow too. When I asked her if it helps, she said its a 65% improvement. She said while I still snore, its no where near as bad as it used to be. With that being said, just manage your expectations. If your getting this for snoring, your milage may vary. Its not a cure all solution. The only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars is solely due to the "cooling" part of it. I typically run hot in bed. I wasnt expecting miracles for the price. Maybe I just run to hot or my pillow case is to thick but I don't feel any cooling. After just double checking, I think the "cooling" effect comes from the cover thats over the pillow, but it barely does anything after the first minute of laying down. After all said and done, Im happy with this pillow. I am definitely going to save up for a high quality cervical pillow. If your unsure about a pillow like this, this is a perfect tester that doesn't break the bank.

Genuinely has changed the game of sleep for me. I’ve extensively dealt with chronic neck and shoulder pain, but this pillow truly aids me in keeping my neck aligned with my spine. I’m quite small, so I find I’m able to adjust and flip the concave spots depending on the support I need for my neck. The butterfly wings are amazing for preventing my head from pressing into the pillow— which other pillows would make my muscle guarding rise. The arm slots are a bonus— this is the first pillow I find myself falling asleep and waking up on my back! Great position to reduce pain, but I’m a side sleeper typically.
