I’ve been working in landscaping here in here for over a decade — digging, planting, hauling mulch, laying sod — you name it. My lower back has taken a beating over the years, especially on hot days when I’m bent over for hours at a time. I’ve tried a few back braces before, but none really held up. Most would slide around, get soaked with sweat, or just make things worse. This brace has honestly been a game-changer. The support is firm but flexible, and the memory stays contour nicely to my lower back. I feel much more stable when lifting heavy bags or using the shovel repeatedly. It doesn’t force you into a stiff posture, but it definitely helps keep my form in check. I was also worried it would be too hot, especially working , but the mesh design is surprisingly breathable. I don’t end up drenched in sweat like I did with others. And unlike cheaper ones, the Velcro and tension straps actually hold — I don’t have to readjust every hour. Another big plus for me is the shoulder straps. They help keep the brace from sliding down when I’m constantly moving around or reaching. I can bend, stretch, even climb in and out of the truck without it shifting. If you're in landscaping or any type of outdoor manual labor, I’d recommend this in a heartbeat. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day, and my back isn’t screaming by the time I get home anymore.

I work full-time in a warehouse, and most of my day is spent lifting boxes, loading pallets, and standing on concrete floors for 10+ hours. Over time, my lower back started bothering me — nothing major, but enough to slow me down and make long shifts miserable. I finally decided to try a back brace, and I’m glad I picked this one. This brace provides solid lumbar support without being stiff or uncomfortable. Honestly this thing just feels amazing. The slight pressure it applies to your back leads to some excellent comfort, plus the shoulder straps enable me to use correct posture when standing correcting my hunched position.
