The brace is easy to fit and the suspenders stay mostly in place. Like most, they are very hot in summer, but tolerable for a few hours when needed. Support is decent but needs to a wider brace for continuous repetitive heavy lifts. I use this when I wear a backpack sprayer. Much more comfortable with 65 lbs. on board, Also it is a good reminder to don't carelessly lift any considerable weight, especially awkward loads.

I have a lowest back (sacrum) issue and most back support devices don't do a good job of reinforcing that area. This one is different. Many back braces have the double-adjustable Velcro bands but the key to this belt are the 2 hard pads that fit at either side of the backbone between the hips. These pads deliver comfortable pressure and great stability, relieving pain and giving more confidence during heavy lifting. The detachable shoulder straps that allow the rig to remain ready while completely unfastened is also very convenient feature. The 4th belt I've bought over the past 20 years, this is the one I'll come back to when i need another. Highly recommended.

I purchased this belt the last week of September. Here we are, the last week of November, 2 whole months later, and the velcro tabs on the side panels are refusing to stick to the belt. What is the point of having adjustable tension panels if the velcro won't hold? Half the time they won't even stay stuck to the sides when loose. Ridiculous and useless. When they did hold, the belt was very comfortable and provided great support, but now I'm having to buy a third belt in less than a year trying to find one that won't pack it in within a handful of weeks.

Love the 'Y' strap look in the back, certainly unique compared to other brands out there, just don't know if it will hold up overtime considering it's a single and not two straps like the usual 'X' style holding the belt. All in all, I love the fit and support it gives me without feeling overburdened by the extra materials.
