It arrived all sealed and folded.. nothing out of place.. I have chronic lower back pain and I can honestly say that this back brace provides pain relief and is really supportive. Especially at work, I find it to be comfortable to move around in the warehouse. The straps are very adjustable and if you want to take them off it's easy. Be honest about your size; I ordered large and it was a hair too small. I wear size 38 jeans. I also removed the straps as I don't like them. This offers plenty of support and just feels good wearing. Velcro is very strong. Only complaint is the X-Large is a hair too big. There needs to be a size between L and XL for me. ... show more
