This has been a life-saver! I had to work a week-long trade show, setting it up and breaking it down. Those tear my lower back up with all the unpacking, lifting and being on our feet all day. Was able to wear this under my shirt undetected and made it through the show without horrible back spasms. Feels well made, there are two ways to tighten the brace. The first Velcro is wide and secures well, the second smaller Velcro really makes the big difference in tightening and securing the whole brace. It wears a little warm but I think that helped me, in helping my back muscles to relax a bit more. And frankly, a very fair trade-off for the support. I also like that this could be ordered in different sizes, instead of one size fits all. Price was fair and I'd buy again. Have been using daily since, especially in the mornings when my back tends to be tightest. Highly Recommended!

It fits great, works great. But, after about a week of using it, one of the metal parts broke thru one end of the pocket it was sewn into. I have to push the metal part back in if it sticks out about 2 times a day. Other than that, works as advertised.

Instant Relief from my never ending aching back. At 38 years old they say i shouldn't have back issues....however they aren't the one shoveling down Ibuprofen trying to ease the pain from past issues/trauma from horseback riding to just plain clumsiness. This light weight, stretchy and easy to remove/adjust brace seems to have good quality velcro and thus far has stabilized my back to where I am not in pain all the time.
