I have scoliosis in my lower back and in the past year I've been waking up in pain due to my body sleeping like a cinnamon twist due to that curve. Yesterday was the last straw when my body woke me up in so much pain from that area that I was nauseated and had to take 1kmg of ibuprofen. This brace arrived overnight and I felt instant relief putting it on. I felt like I'd been transported back to the Victorian era with the corset support this brace gives. This has been a life-saver! I had to work a week-long trade show, setting it up and breaking it down. Those tear my lower back up with all the unpacking, lifting and being on our feet all day. Was able to wear this under my shirt undetected and made it through the show without horrible back spasms. Feels well made, there are two ways to tighten the brace. The first Velcro is wide and secures well, the second smaller Velcro really makes the big difference in tightening and securing the whole brace. It wears a little warm but I think that helped me, in helping my back muscles to relax a bit more. And frankly, a very fair trade-off for the support. I also like that this could be ordered in different sizes, instead of one size fits all. Price was fair and I'd buy again. Have been using daily since, especially in the mornings when my back tends to be tightest. Highly Recommended!

This brace is very sturdy and offers great support. It doesn't feel like it's going to Warp or get shot out over time the material feels thick and well made but not so thick to where it feels bulky and heavy. It supports you will without restricting your movement and is long enough so you feel you're getting the support you need in all the right areas. Also the metal support bars do not dig into you at all you can't even feel them.

I'm going to buy my third one. This is the only one that has helped me. It has a LONG torso in the back and adjustable straps that you can spread down to support your hips! That was important for my lower back pain! I've blown my back out 10+ times. Bad genetics and lack of core even when i was a skinny lil thing. I can even sleep in it to help when I'm recovering from a flare. Its flexible and i can roll it up to go to the bathroom instead of taking it off. I wash it in the washer and totally abuse it! Lol i clean for a living, and there's a lot of bending involved. I recommend this one especially if you have a large butt! Lol
