This is my third order of this back support, the first one was little bit smaller for me and when I ordered the medium size it fits me perfectly. I used them almost the whole day, when I am working on my yard, when I go to work and specially when driving. Things I liked about this brace: it’s firm but comfortable to wear for long periods of time while standing, it’s easy to adjust, it’s thin enough to wear discreetly under clothes (as long as the clothes are not tight-fitting), and it helps my back pain and improves my posture. What I don’t like is that it’s a couple of inches too tall for me. I’m short waisted, and it digs into my ribs. I can wear it when I’m standing up at my standing desk, but it’s too uncomfortable to wear while sitting down. I wish it fit me better.

For someone who has been living with debilitating back pain for more than a decade, I have seen it all. Well, won't go that far. but personally have about 15 back support braces/belts/full on vests. Some were purchased, others were prescribed. This is probably my favorite, or definitely top 3. Not because it provides the best relief or the most protection - but because it compromises in that it is extremely comfortable (I have some things that look like torture machines) and it doesn't automatically stick out of your clothe - making you look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame (yes, I have those as well). Not to say it does not provide any relief or support - it absolutely does. If you don't have a chronic back condition, this is probably the only support belt you will ever need. For me, I highly recommend it, and wear it quite a bit - it doesn't show off from under your suit, or even t-shirt (as long as it's not skin tight). I am going to attempt to fly with it, start with a short flight - because the ones I fly long, international flights with, really goes under the scrutiny of security because it is complex and has metal pipes in it - literally. But the size is perfect for me, and relief is good enough. I cannot wear any of them for too long, but this one is light, so I have better longevity before letting my back breathe.

I have a 27” waist and the medium is considerably too large because the hook and loop fasteners are not throughout. The quality is good, I can tell it could be washed and hung to dry many times but I won’t get use out of it. I would like a smaller option.
