Our old soundbar had to be replaced and instead of going for another, I wanted to try out something a little extra without breaking the bank. After doing some research I decided to try out this Ultimea Aurora A40. The system comes with a small sound bar, 4 satellite speakers and a subwoofer. 2 of the satellite speakers connect directly onto the sound bar, and so does the subwoofer. The speakers are small and unassuming and while the satellite speakers aren't very loud, the sound they produce really does enhance the overall experience. The rear satellites connect wirelessly from the soundbar but required a power cord and an additional cable that connects the two together. The subwoofer is good but could use a little more bass. While they are advertised as surround sound, it is different from almost surround sound. Atmos sound provides that effect in a movie where you can hear steps or sounds directly behind you. Now this is not a big issue to me because for the money you're paying, I don't expect a feature like that to be included. That said, when you place the satellites in the right location you will get a more enjoyable effect with sound coming at you from multiple directions, a much, much more enjoyable sound than using a basic single sound bar setup. As you can see in the pictures provided our setup has the sound bar under/in front of the TV, the subwoofer is behind the TV, 2 satellites speakers left and right off to the side on top of our Blu-ray shelfs. The other 2 'wireless' satellites are behind our couch. One on a tall bookshelf on the left and the other on a smaller bookshelf on the right. This setup allows for a an immersive sound that so far has been quite enjoyable. I know some people have complained about the system not being loud enough. Ours is setup in our living/great room which is a semi opened and fairly big area, and it still produces a very loud sound the fills the room. Pros: Simple setup Includes wall mount for satellite speakers Multiple sound profiles so that you can find tune it based on what you're watching. Slick and not very noticeable While not true surround, it does provide a very immersive experience at a low cost. Can customize the sound using the app Multiple connection methods, including optical, USB, aux and Bluetooth. Cons Wish the subwoofer provided a little more bass. Also wish the satellite speakers where a tad louder, but based on what we paid for it $89.99 no complains here. If you're looking for a true surround sound, this unit might not be for you. But if you're looking for an upgrade that will not break the bank, but also increase you tv watching experience I think this is a good place to start.

This price is amazing. I have a $300 7.1 of same brand. The real difference is size and louder sound from subwoofer. Otherwise, the surround speakers are CRYSTAL CLEAR & THE SOUNDBAR PACKS A PUNCH. I had to download the manual for installation and then it all made sense!! Very easy to install. The sound at top volume shakes the walls!!!! Plus, at all volume levels, the sound is crystal clear. The packaging is good, although shipped in original box & not put in a standard brown shipping box. But all was intact!! I’d say the quality for the price is counterintuitive, because the quality is outstanding & the the price is unbeatable. Thank you for bringing such great sound systems to Amazon!! I’ve bought 3 different ones so far!!! I deserve a free trial Lol.

The cord are very manageable and they have a very modern look Wich is perfect. All audio is crystal clear. I highly recommend this if you would like surround sound under 100 dollars.

Good value for this price range. Works well in a smaller environment. Sound is clear and customizable. Surround sound distribution is very good and movies and music sound very good. My only complaint is the small size of the passive woofer. Perhaps if the woofer were powered would have vastly improved bass response. Also consider there is a lot of wiring to try to hide and it is not easily hidden. The surround speakers work very well with the Bluetooth connection (mine is appx. 15' from the unit). Setup is straight forward and the phone app is definitely a bonus! If you are on a budget and don't mind the lack of pounding bass then I would say go for it!
