    • Very very very durable and reliable
The civic of speakers. Reliability. These speakers have been in 4 vehicles and counting. I’m not a stupid driver, other people hit me. Now listen here, when someone hits your door panel, usually you have to replace the speaker. Not these ones. All 4 speakers have survived 4 wrecks and 2 being majorly close to damaging the speakers. I still use these speakers today and it has been something like 5 years. The magnets never misaligned. The most reliable speakers as long as you don’t amplify the bass frequencies. Get a subwoofer if you want low louds. The size fits perfect in every vehicle I’ve ever put them in, the sound range is perfect for the price, use tweeters for high frequencies and use subs for low, these play the mid ranges perfectly and don’t start distorting until the headunit hits 3/4 total volume without an amplifier, which is what happens when your speakers don’t get enough power. Works well with my pioneer headunit. The setup is straightforward. I can’t remember if they came with wires to crimp but regardless, I just crimp capped the connection all 4 times installing and I had 0 issues. Absolutely amazing speakers for the price would recommend to anybody who wants to impress their friends and family on a budget. Pair with an aftermarket headunit and an amplifier for best sound quality results. ... show more

I installed these in my Chevy Cruze along with a Android Tesla style stereo and they sound great. Very crisp, clean powerful speakers all the way to max volume. I couldn't be happier. I used foam fast rings to seal the sound from escaping into my door panels forcing everything these babies have to give into my cab. They sound better every day ... show more

These speakers are a perfect replacement option for a stock head unit. You aren't going to get crazy bass out of these but you get really good mids and highs allowing you to pair it with a sub and amp if you want that bass. These fit perfectly as replacements and upgrades in my 2022 Ford Bronco. Make sure you have the brackets and wiring harbess adapter to go with them and they fit perfectly in the kick panel area.     • These are deeper than stock speakers, but they bump
I ordered these using the “garage” setting and they said they’d fit my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. That was a lie. Made them fit anyways. They bump very deep and clear bass for being a budget speaker. I suggest pairing them with an amp to get the full experience out of them because 45watts RMS is actually decent for a 6.5” granted they come to about $25 a pop dividing the cost between them. Biggest thing is that they are WAY deeper than the stock speakers in pretty much any car so I went ahead and Jerry-rigged them to the twist&lock mounts my stock speakers were in and they fit just fine. Pros: loud, clear, no breakup Cons: Will have to pair with subs to get deeper bass (if you don’t want subs don’t cheap out and get higher end door speakers) Deeper than stock so retro-fitting will need to take place Overall experience 8.5/10 ... show more

Installed these in my truck. Absolutely love them! Sound amazing had to make some modifications for them to fit correctly. Other than that love everything about these speakers. Bought second set for my wife's vehicle.

Well Worth the money! Got these for my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe, and they work perfectly for what they are. They have a clear sound, Good bass, and have handled a lot of abuse, turning them up all the way, they still sound good.

purchased these Rockford Fosgate speakers after reviewing about 10 sets of different brands. I have a factory set of Rockfords in our Mitsubishi Outlander and it just rocks so I figured these would do ok in our Pontoon. so, I purchased the R165X3's and matched them with a JVC stereo. I have to say I wasn't expecting such an awesome sound as these put out. I set all my EQs about mid-range and wow these speakers just plains rocks. I have great bass and just an awesome sound. I would buy these again. great buy for the $$ ... show more
