I read about these vitamins in a review so decided to try them. I'm glad I did. They are really wonderful. I feel so much better after just one week of taking them. I took off one star because of the smell. They have a fishy smell (nose and mouth) because of the fish oil in them. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

Originally, I had thought I was experiencing burnout or possibly some nutrient deficiency due to my diet. I went with my hunch that I wasn't experiencing burnout, but possibly nutrient deficiency from my very poor diet. During this period, I experienced intense fatigue, a lack of motivation, emotional numbness, tremors, lack of concentration, anxiety, and other signs and symptoms that coincide with burnout. I first noticed changes after taking this complete multivitamin and mineral supplement on day 3. Here I am writing this review on day 3, and I feel AMAZING! I used to drown myself in energy drinks before my burnout period just to keep up with normal activities. Today, I woke up out of bed and felt immediately energized and thoroughly motivated! I love these. I was having a lot of issues with vitamin depletion these fix everything I noticed I was very lightheated, Dizzy my arms felt tingly and went to sleep often something wasn’t right but now I have these on re-order and I’m back to normal
