This does what it claims to do. It is NOT a hotshoe, so it won't wok on a traditional flash. You need to attach a video light or a few video lights tthis works well.

I LOVE THESE! They hold their positions as though they were welded in place! They are small but heavy for their size because they are made out of SOLID METAL! I wish they had a little more side to side movement, but that's the only thing that might limit their versatility. :)
