Why can't my device display properly when using the HDMI port? 1) The USB C port of your laptop must support the video transmission function (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), in order to use this docking station to convert video images. 2) Please make sure your HDMI cable works well. Why can't my device get 4K@60hz from the HDMI slot? As not all laptops support 4K@60Hz, you need to confirm whether your laptop supports 4K@60Hz transmission. You can reference the compatible devices above which Devices UGREEN has tested. For more, please confirm with us. What can I do if I can't get the ethernet port to work? 1) Please install the driver first. 2) For Mac devices, add this adapter to the Network setting page. Go to "System Preferences"-->"Network"-->Select the network card with the corresponding name (AX88179USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet)---> "Create" Why are SD and TF cards not recognized on mobile phones/tablets? When using the hub with phone or tablets, please insert the SD/TF card first, and then connect the hub to the device. Why does the 30W ROG Ally Turbo Mode cannot be triggered? This is a well-made, solid piece of kit. It’s a bit bigger than some of the competition, so less ideal for travel. But the longer braided cable with metal housing for the plug, and the aluminum body, makes for a device I imagine would hold up to years of use. I thought a lot about keeping it. Unlike many of the alternative hubs in this very affordable price range, it has 3 USB-C ports, 1 dedicated to power and the other 2 for data. I liked too that there was a physical button to turn the HDMI connection to a monitor on/off. That was particularly unique, and also something I didn't see elsewhere. I’m very happy with the UGREEN Revodok Pro 9 in 1 USB-C Hub. The packaging is very well done and gives a great first impression right out of the box. The hub itself feels solid, robust, and well built. I have been using it for about two weeks with my MacBook Air M3, and so far, I have not had any issues. It is truly plug and play: my computer detects all connected peripherals immediately, and everything works as expected. I also tested the display on/off button, and it works correctly. My current setup is the hub connected to my MacBook Air M3 with a 22” LG monitor through HDMI, while I connect a second 29” LG widescreen monitor directly to the laptop using a Thunderbolt cable. With the MacBook lid closed and both external monitors connected, I get: * 2560 x 1080 on the 29” HDR WFHD monitor * 1920 x 1080 on the 22” Full HD monitor One important thing to keep in mind: if you want to use three screens at the same time — two external monitors plus the MacBook screen — this setup will not work because the MacBook Air M3 does not support that configuration in this way. I still need to test the SD card reader and PD charging, but based on my experience so far, this hub has worked perfectly. Great dock that works well with with Mac and Windows, and seems to be able to handle anything I can throw at it. I've had other UGREEN combo video+usb dongles that really bogged down when I used the video port, however this one did not even break a sweat when pushing out 1080p@60fps from my MacBook while handling multiple USB inputs and outputs, power delivery, and ethernet all at the same time. Definitely would consider this to be some of the best value for money around on the budget-conscious side of the USB-C hub/dock market. ... show more

Love this, except it only works for my ipad, for some reason, it only charges my Samsung phone, note it might be user error. I didn't really try to check what the problem was because I bought it to use on my ipad. I use it to play pubg, and it works pretty good.

I've ordered a few of these and most of them heat up so much they feel like a fire hazard. This one definitely gets warm but still feels reasonable. As for the functionality, every port works as expected and I can charge my laptop through it.

I was hoping to consolidate a couple of older USB hubs using this 9-in-1 USB-C hub. I had previously purchased a UGREEN SATA to USB-C external enclosure, put my working Western Digital 1TB SATA SSD drive into it and used it for over a week on my new laptop with no issues. I then purchased the UGREEN 9-in-1 USB-C hub to provide and extra USB-C port and other port connectivity, shutdown the laptop, replugged everything and the new hub showed up in the USB configuration, but the 1TB drive did not. I removed the drive and put it back into my old laptop which supported multiple disk drives, and got a hard drive detection error. The drive is dead. I did try the USB-A port with an older SATA hard drive and enclosure as well as the micro-card ports on the new hub and they work fine, but it cooked my 1TB SSD drive which would now cost $200 to replace. BTW, I had 38 years in IT and have been working with PCs and laptops since the mid 1980s. This isn't my first tech rodeo. Not happy... ... show more
