It doesn't work with all devices for some reason. I hooked it to my Google streaming stick and plugged in a Webcam and it wouldn't work. I started with a 30W plug, then went in order to a 35, 65, and lastly a 100 W plug. Tried the same setup with a different hub, and everything worked. Seems to work fine on my laptop.

Had bought a different brand with the 2 USB-C connectors for MacBook Air but then I couldn't connect the charger. Very annoying. This has as many ports that I need with just the one connection. Then I can use the other port directly to my external drive. Seems pretty fast through this dock as well but why not since I now have an open slot. I suppose soon this will be outdated too as everything moves to USB-C but for right now this is perfect. Also great to use the Ethernet so not need wifi on my desktop and the HDMI to connect to my monitor so not need to take up yet another USB-C port.

The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend this 9in1 multifunction adapter by UGreen. I only buy UGreen cords, cables, chargers, and adapters. Every item they make is of impeccable quality and thoughtful design. My only complaint with this adapter is the tiny markings used to indicate the function of each port. Especially the USB-C charging port. It is a tiny lightning bolt and are screen printed on the casing, instead of etched. Thus, they can easily wear off over time. This is a missed opportunity on their part for a 100% perfect build. For this small flaw, I give it a 95%. But still amazing. It’s more than I will ever need, but I love having all the options available.

The USB 3.2 gen 2 ports were good. Cons: The cord is waaaaaay to short, about a foot long. Needs to be 2-3 feet. Their ad is written to people who know much more than I and thus the ad fails to help me understand how to use all the features. It would only SLOW CHARGE my Gal. s23+, even with a 60 watt power adaptor plugged into the PD port and using 100 watt type C to C cable. The ethernet port never worked and they failed for 5 days to answer my inquiries. I was asking if a driver was required and if so, which one, or if the ethernet port was defective. I never used the card readers nor the HDMI port because I did not need them. I finally ordered a similar product from their competitor and will return this one next week. A little customer service may have resolved my issues except for cable length. This may be a good product but without the knowledge I tried and failed to acquire from them, it is overprised.

Initially worked well, the product gets hot if connected to a monitor through the HDMI port. The adapter suddenly stopped working after a 6 months.

I have a widescreen monitor with 3440 x 1440 resolution and a 2024 purchased Lenovo Yoga 7i. This Ugreen dock was unable to support that display without squashing everything vertically. Anker's 11-1 dock was able to the job: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NDGD2V5?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Shame because the Ugreen was cheaper, had a very solid build and faster 10 Gbps ports. I have used other Ugreen devices with good success.
