I was hoping it would work as my car vents have trouble with some mounts. But it worked perfectly. Very sturdy and retractable for different phone sizes. Update: If you have the heater on in the car, it can melt the grippy cushion parts on the inner parts of the sides. It worked perfectly until winter came and I had to use the heater. Now the mount sides make my phone all sticky because of it. So now I'm ordering another one ... show more

It's a solid piece meaning heavy duty. Does what it's supposed to do fits in nicely and is secure. A little bit more awkward to use when you turn it but other than that a great product.

I needed a car mount. While it's better than using your phone in a cupholder it's not better than a suction mount. I've had time where my phone has fallen out of the holder or the holder has fallen off the vent. It doesnt happen often but when it does it's annoying. my biggest gripe would be when taking my phone out of the holder it usually comes off the vent and i haven't to spend more time putting back than just using one with a better system. It's a good back but I would rather get a better dedicated mount. ... show more
