    • The things I didn't realize made noise...
Wow, these hearing aids opened up a whole new world to me. Instead of asking people to repeat themselves constantly I am asking or telling them that they no longer have to shout. I can't afford the thousands they want at the hearing aid places, so I resigned myself to being deaf. Ok so here is the down low, they absolutely help with hearing, almost too much...my tv went from 36 to 50 down to 15 or 20 volume control. I could still hear with it lower but then other people can't, BTW it's at the lowest setting. The down side.. if my hand gets close to my ear, or anything gets close to my ear, feedback whistle or screech. There is no on/off switch or button. So I have to pop out to talk on the phone or I have to use the speaker function on the phone. These work like this, when they are in the charging station they are off, when they are out of it they are on, period. Very comfortable, no problem with that. If I'm in a store with those industrial type of ceilings it's waaaay to loud. I take one out. Too much of a good thing... I am looking for another set with an on and off switch that I can use to not have to take it out and maybe will have less feedback. ... show more

I have had very poor hearing all my life due to many ear infections as baby and toddler. I get so tired of having people repeat themselves. I never got hearing aids because of the cost and hassel. I decided to try these. I'm hearing things I never heard before so clearly it is unreal. These are so easy to use and work so well. I'm in awe of the difference it makes. The design is small, and sound amplification is good. I like that it has a very little background noise, and its convenient that it come with a charging box. Dont know why it came with a two different color though. Overall, I am loving for what it does.

    • Handle is comfortable for me
I love the fact that they are eco friendly. The handle shape is easy to hold. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia so I need something easy to hold. I'm a bit upset because the bristles are not as soft as it says. A bit more medium than soft.

Only one of the ear aids worked. The other was dead on arival. The other one works just fine. I like it. However, when i reported this to Amazon the company was no help. And amazon want me to find a store and return the bad ear. That is a great inconvenience for me Too much trouble. I am a Prime member and have bought many things over the years. You have my info and credit card. We are talking about one small item. They should just send me another without the hassle. That one ear probable cost a pittance. It shouldn't be this difficult.     • Better than plastic toothbrushes.
I like these toothbrushes, but I'd like them even more if the bristles were made of a natural, recyclable material. Not sure if that is possible to brush your teeth with a natural fiber though. Also, maybe they could package them all together in one single box rather than packaging each one individually in a box and then all of them in another box?? If we are trying to reduce paper and plastic that would be ideal, but again, that is a small issue. I'm glad I have switched from plastic toothbrushes to these wooden ones. I pop them in the paper recycling when I am done. Hopefully, that's the right place for them to go! ... show more
