Top Amazon Reviews
Looks and feels great. Super customer service
Size: 3-Seat Sofa+2 Armchair+Table
Color: White
I was really apprehensive buying furniture online, simply because there is so much junk out there. I scoured online reviews—not just on Amazon, but other sites as well—because I'm a cynic that believes 90% of many sellers flood their reviews with fake posts, and I didn't want to be sucked in by a high review that was actually illegitimate. So, I can say this is a really nice set. First of all (and I know sometimes this is an issue)—it is a proper, adult size! No midget, super low or ridiculously tiny dimensions. Secondly, it's actually quality. The cushions are firm and comfortable. The aluminum, while by no means heavy duty, is perfectly fine and and the weight makes it easy to move around. Still, I'm not concerned that the furniture will go blowing around in the slightest storm. Finally, and this is important, I interacted with the seller and it was a joy. I had two pieces that had some issues when they arrived. One was a piece of the table, which was buckled out and already rusting. Another was an arm to one of the chairs which had paint that was missing and I worried would rust. I reached out to the seller and told them what was happening and they offered either monetary compensation to keep it as-is, or to send me the parts I wanted to replace free of charge. I told them what I needed and they said they would send it and apologized it would take 5-8 business days (which I did not think was long at all), and it ended up arriving sooner than that. They included everything I asked for. Here's the thing, though: you need to know EXACTLY what you need and tell them EVERYTHING. I mentioned not only the table and chair aluminum pieces, but I also asked for extra screws, because I worried the ones I had already used would be stripped. They sent me everything I asked for, but not an instruction book or an allen wrench (thankfully I had kept both). There was one screw that was a different size that I hadn't asked for and so I had to reuse it, but it was fine. So just make sure you request what you need! Assembly was what you would expect. The only thing is the screws are not the best—which is why I worried that I would be able to remove them and reuse them when I had to replace the two parts. Other than that, sure it took some times, but it wasn't particularly hard. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend!

Great Value, great product!
Size: 3-Seat Sofa+2 Armchair+Table
Color: White
Arrived quickly. Easy to put together. 2-3 hours to assemble the sofa, 2 loveseats and the coffee table by myself, with only the wrench included. Looks great, very comfortable. Others that look the same are going for way more (double?!?) and are no different. 5” cushions look and feel great. Would highly recommend.

Looks incredible, easy to set up, amazing value
Size: 3-Seat Sofa+Loveseat+2 Armchair+Table
Color: White
We redid 4 outdoor spaces for the summer so ended up buying a ton of different sets. This was for the front patio. Of all the furniture we put together (and it was a lot), this was the easiest set. Every thing lined up and went in easy. We had two people but we could have done it with one. It comes together very solid. The cushions are great, they fit nicely. Of all the sets we got, this is the only one that came with actual covers that fit nicely. Its so well packaged. There is no chance this comes scratched. Again - best version of the sets we got, other brands and other orders usual get dinged a bit in shipping but these were absolutely perfect. Finally, great customer service. Was not expecting them to be so helpful and responsive- we needed to get the set quickly and they were so helpful to make sure we got it in time.

One of the bottoms was drilled wrong and attached at angle and no response from Amazon or Manufacturer to replace that one piece. If not I would give it 5 star

Very cute patio furniture
Size: Loveseat+2 Armchair+Table
Color: White
I purchased this a few weeks ago for my covered outdoor patio. It is lightweight but sturdy. Putting it together was straight forward but did take some time ( maybe 1-2 hours ) for everything. Overall I love the patio set and would purchase it again.

defective product
Size: 3-Seat Sofa+Loveseat+2 Armchair+Table
Color: Dark Grey
This product was shipped back to the 3rd party seller today. The cost was over $600 via UPS. Seller kept asking for a photo after we had already tried to assemble and then disassembled. Idiotic reqyest, My first husband was a welder for over 38 years, this product has crooked welds that make it impossible to put together correctly. The 4 legs of which one was completely off balance by 3 and a half inches. No one willing to take responsibility for a defective product. This harms the customer and all good faith relationships. Ive waited for assistance over 8 days. Today was the last straw for me. My husband has asked me to close my account. Sadly I may do that if this situation is not resolved. WE DO NOT WANT THIS SET AND HAVE RETURNED IT TO THEM TODAY.

Nice set, Missing pieces
Size: 3-Seat Sofa+Loveseat+2 Armchair+Table
Color: Dark Grey&blue
Product is good, looks nice HOWEVER they separate the shipment into 5 boxes and only 4 arrived..at first the seller was in frequent contact with us.. now we have not heard from them and my messages are going unanswered.. the 5th box shows it sitting in a shipping facility in NJ but has been there for 3 weeks. Buyer beware you might not get all the pieces and struggle with communication. *Update* I finally got in contact with UDPATIO and they made it right! They were able to send us our missing piece and hardware. We were given the tracking info and it arrives quickly. While it took some time to get the matter resolved The set looks great I couldn't be happier.

Good quality, good value, good customer service
Size: 3-Seat Sofa+Loveseat+2 Armchair+Table
Color: Dark Grey
After ordering this set, we received an email from the seller confirming the set would be in five boxes which may arrive at different times. All boxes were received within a week. The instructions were clear and all pieces fit together extremely well; the set appears very sturdy. A selling point was that the set included four covers; no cover for the table. All covers have a draw string at the bottom for security. We had two problems with the covers. The cover for the 3 seat sofa had a hole where the seam wasn’t stitched completely and a cover for a chair had a broken cinching mechanism for the draw string. I emailed the vendor who responded in less than 24 hours and stated new covers would be shipped. For the quality, the value and the customer service, we would order this set again.
