I was so excited for this couch to show up. Once we got to the right chaise lounge the arm rest and backrest would not fit. The pre drilled holes and already placed screws do not match up. I contacted the company that evening. They wanted pictures. I sent them pictures with the measurements. They then sent the manual and asked for videos. I sent videos. They asked for a picture with the parts that don't work circled. This has been going on for weeks with no resolution. I am beyond frustrated. Love the couch but definitely not customer service. This arrived in three large boxes. Very easy to assemble, once everything was laid out. Sofa has ample space for a large family and storage in the two chaises. Not the plushest sofa you’ll sit on, particularly at the connection points, but it does the job and has held up to regular use by a family of seven.
