So this is the first product I’ve purchased like this. It was very easy to assemble. I like that it comes in a carrying case. You do have to take the lightbulbs out each time you use it because they will not fit in their bags individually without putting the lightbulbs back in the box. So I do worry that they can get smashed. The product itself works great and is bright. There is no dimming or different color light. So you just have to point the light at the ceiling or add another direction to bounce off the wall to dim the light. Which is what I attempted to do in the photo. So one photo is the light itself and the other photo is how bright the light is being pointed at the ceiling to help not be too bright.

Bought these for a Santa photo shoot at our fire station. Admittedly, we were next to the front windows, but these lights were great at filling in any shadows, and brightening the entire frame. We played with them, turning them off to see if they made any difference, and they really did. The tripods are very lightweight, and how they attach to the top is kinda funky, but it was easy to figure out, turn on, and aim. The diffuser filters worked great too, and were easy to attach (velcro). Just wish the bults had a more secure way to carry them (I just put them back in the box that came in. but will probably get an old camera bag to store them, to prevent damage). If you are planning any type of indoor portrait sessions, I can highly recommend these.

It's been a while since I've worked with lighting, but it was very easy to set up and take apart. The reason why it's receiving 4/5 stars is that one of the boxes for the light bulb was damaged. The light bulb wasn't damaged, however, the light bulb works just fine.
