Very nice, smooth and does not move while rolling dough on it. Cleans easy, and dough didn't stick to it. Rolls up for easy to store and doesn't take up a lot of space. Pretty color. Wish I'd had this yeats ago because my countertop is granite which is porous so flour and dough can stick into it or can be discolored if something has food coloring or fondant that can be sticky and gets into the surface of your counter top.

It's heat resistant and really good quality. It doesn't smell, and it's easy to wash. I wash it by hand. The underside is very sticky, so rolling dough is very easy because it doesn't move. I fold it and keep it in the pouch it came in when I'm not using it. I bought the biggest size, and I'm so happy I did because it makes it easier to roll the dough to the size I need.

After ordering this beauty, I could hardly wait to get it. I have been rolling dough for many years and have never met a mat of this caliber. It is soft, heavy duty, the raised edges is a big plus ( Do Not Trim this gorgeous thing) I grew up using standard measurements but in the last few years, have been utilizing metric, weighing, for precise ingredients. I simply love all the conversion charts and measurements. So much information, nothing missed! I love and appreciate rolling it up and securing with the provided strap. Very thought out feature. It's so easy to wash by hand, rinse and lay over the faucet to air dry. I don't want to take a chance of damaging the writing, by using the harsh dishwasher. I can't say enough positive about this beautiful piece of art. I'm going to order another one for the RV. It's very easy to roll out dough, no movement. I'll update my comments as soon as I roll out 5 doz tortillas in an hour! I absolutely highly recommend this mat! You will not regret the purchase. I can see why this gorgeous silicone mat has less returns. The aqua is so happy, so pretty! I just know you will be just amazed with it as I am! Update: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I Love everything about this. The size, the measurement conversion charts, the measurement circles, the thickness, the way it sticks and the fact that it comes in a bag. I was so excited when I opened the box. This would make a fantastic gift for a starter baker but what would make it even better if you would include a little box with dough recipes for breads and cookies. That would put this over the top. Not really necessary but would make it a really great beginner gift. Or for those of you considering this as a gift maybe you could throw in your own special recipes. Just a thought.
