This product is poorly made, the base leaked, the suction cups didnt hold the base in place, it didnt weigh nearly 189 pounds and made the punching bag fall over after every hit. The company has been very difficult to deal with in trying to return it. They want me to pay shipping for the return which is more than half of the total cost of the product.... We set up the bag put 50 lbs of sand in it which in the questions section said was sufficient. When you punch the bag it falls over. We added a gallon of water next to the sand and it still falls over when you punch it. The base is too small, the suction cups don’t work and it’s not made for punching with any power behind it. Save your money for a more expensive bag. I’m very disappointed in this product.

Great quality! Very easy to assemble! Comes with no directions to assemble but there is no question on how things go together. My family has enjoyed the punching bag in the living room, though it made it to it’s final home in the garage. Comes with so many suction cups to really hold it in place! Stitching is great quality too!

Works as advertised. Using for cardio, not punching full force. Added sand 75lbs, may add more to keep unit in place.

It has NEVER BEEN USED ..... WE CANT GET IT TO STICK TO THE FLOOR ..... FLOORS HAVE BEEN WASHED SUCTION CUPS HAVE BEEN WASHED .... TRYED ON HARD WOOD FLOORS AND Cement slap floor NOTHING WORKED..... I BOUGHT IT FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR IT NOT TO WORK

Looks and feels great, will need to put more sand in the base have 50 lbs will add 50 more. Setting on wood on top of carpet.

I dont know why I waited so long to purchase an at home bag! Saves me $125/month from studio membership. Great bag, easy to put together, and has been providing super work outs. If you are as active as I am, I can tell the bag will likely need to be replaced within a year but the cost effectiveness is still worth it.
