Beware restocking fee even for safety returns. 92-year-old purchased. Placed pillow behind her back when seated in order to reach the tiller. Pillow slipped resulting in a fall off scooter. Luckily nothing broken. No mention in product information of needed arm length in order to be seated properly and grasp the tiller. ... show more

I’ve had my Easy Travel Classic for over a year and I love it. Exceeded my expectations. I’ve taken it on several different airlines and on a cruise with absolutely no problems. I take it right to the airline gate, fold it up and they take it like checked baggage. Arrive at my next transfer point and the airline brings it to me. Ride it on and off cruise ship including anywhere on the ship I want to go. One point to note, upgrade batteries to lithium. Much lighter and easier to handle.
