This bed frame was fairly easy to put together, although I found the instructions a little confusing at first because some of the diagrams were not very clear. Once I got past that, assembly went smoothly. The frame feels very sturdy. Between me and my partner, it is supporting close to 500 pounds without any issues. It handles everyday use well, including a lot of tossing and turning, and there have been no concerns about stability or excessive noise. The LED lights were a pleasant surprise. The adhesive holds extremely well and the lights are bright enough to completely change the atmosphere of the room. They add a nice touch without feeling cheap. I also like the height of the frame. The underbed space is useful for storage, and the platform design works well without needing a box spring. While it does not include a headboard, it makes a great minimalist bed frame that looks clean and modern.

The slats keep falling and the frames holes don’t line up so i had to do it up side down or else it wouldn’t connect to the entire frame and that led to the slats just connected on one end and not the other

The shipping box is efficiently packed, you may need a 2nd person to help carry it. I found that if you turn it over and cut the tape around the perimeter, the contents are exposed. Instructions are easy to read and the parts are easily identified by number. There’s enough hardware and often an extra bolt of each size, these come on a cardboard sheet that you cut the plastic to get the bolts out. Lay out all the parts so the assembly is quick. I did finally switch to a screw gun with a hex bit as the provided Allen wrench was just too slow. Take your time, as the parts needed for each step are clearly listed. Consider just assembling the bed frame and then doing a final tightening, to make sure it’s totally square. I did not install the LED strip yet as the transformer wire is only ~4 ft long and the light strip is installed with sticky tape that you peel off. There’s a power button in the line and there’s a remote as well. Many different ways to make the light work. It says there’s an app as well. The slats are what support the mattress, and possibly a box spring. The feet have rubber floor protectors, and the center span provides mattress support as well. If you move, you can easily disassemble the main frame pieces. Nice light color wood, too.
