I saw this a while ago and did not get it because I thought it would just be another straighter that would disappoint me. I had bought the one that looks like a flat brush, but I hate it because it just takes too long and pulls a lot of my hair out and does not really do a good job. Then I started seeing TikTok videos showing this on all types of hair texture and it worked so well on even 4C hair and I was still not convinced until I saw someone with really puffy wavy hair straighten their hair in less than 10 minutes and she had extremely thick hair. I bought this and it straightened deep wavy hair like butter the first time and it even straightened synthetic hair like butter. I just got this today and I am glad I got it because this will probably sell out everywhere soon or cost an arm and a leg if you can find one. Hardly any hair comes out. It is my favorite item in a long time. It is worth the money! It also came with some accessories and a heat glove which was really really good quality. It's hard to explain, but it's just like, better than a straightener. It doesn't seem as damaging, my hair actually looks shiny after I use this, and it's super easy to use. Just take small sections and pass gently through the comb, and that's it. It's really just a straightener though, flips hair up or in, but it doesn't curl or really otherwise style. I was easily influenced to buy this and now that I’ve used it a few times, here’s my take. PROS: - Cut down my straightening time. I have a lot of hair so this took me about 30 minutes to do my whole head instead of 45-60 - Feels nice in the hand. I think the shape and method is easier to use than a standard flatiron - Does it’s job. My hair stays straight as long as it does with a standard flatiron CONS: - Hair gets caught in the grooves often. It’s pulled quite a few strands of hair out or torn them. - Product says it’ll have some steam coming off the product for the first few uses and not to be alarmed. It says it’s not burning anything but it smells like it’s burning my hair. To be determined later I guess. - Easy to bump the power button. I’ve accidentally turned it off 2-3 times every time I’ve used it and didn’t notice at first. Overall, I’m still using it and don’t think it’s a bad buy. ... show more

I originally seen this straightener on an influencers page. I was definitely a little apprehensive at first because every brand promises instantly straight hair with one or two passes. But I bought it.. This straightener was worth every penny! I have very thick, frizzy and unmanageable hair. I usually use a brush straightener and then go over it with a flat iron which takes me at least an hour or more. This literally straightened a chunk of hair in two passes!! It saved me so much time. This product worked better than any flat iron I have ever used. It took me less than 5 minutes to comb through my hair. I have long thick hair. This product easily smoothed/straightened my sorta curly & usually frizzy hair. I recommend this product to everyone!

I purchased this based on a social media ad that I saw, and thought it would be perfect because I always straighten my hair and it looked like a convenient way to do so. My hair is mostly wavy, with some heavier waves underneath. I found myself having to go over the same spot multiple times to get those heavier kinks out. My hair looked a little more frizzy too after I finished and the straightening effect did not last long compared to a flat iron method. My fiance uses a straightener sometimes to style his hair and I let him use this to see what he said. He was not impressed, at all. Love the idea, but I will stick to a flat iron. ... show more
