This is great for my hair. My hair is curly so I normally comb blow dry it before I go over it with a flat iron but this saves so much more time and less heat! I let my hair air dry and brush it out before using it, then I go over it with a flat iron. Perfect straight hair and silky depending on products you use. You do have to get used to using the brush bc of the hardness hitting you head the first few times but once you figure out how to make it work for you it’s a great buy!! ... show more

I have been fighting the temptation to go all natural with my hair and have never found a straightening comb that would give me that perm straight look that I could do on my own at home. It straightened faster than a flat iron because you can use larger sections, and my hair turned out much softer. I recommend it for natural hair. It is very hot at the default setting of 350-seems hotter than the same temperature on a flat iron. But I really like the smooth results.
