Two boxes were received and put to the side due to a family illness. When we were finally able to assemble, we discovered we did not have all the parts. Contacted MELLCOM via Amazon and they diagnosed the issue through pictures (received 2 of the same boxes) within a couple days and remedied the situation within the week! This was discovered after the return date yet they still fixed this so quick! The shelves are very good quality and look great! Parts are well marked for assembly and metal and shelves are of substantial weight. As with this type of assembly, do be careful to not overtighten shelf screws. Found this shelving unit to store my junk. I wanted something sturdy with a style that matched my office. Happy to say this checks both boxes. Assembly was pretty standard, everything lines up well. The provided allen wrench is good enough. I left out the top center shelf without sacrificing stability. One thing to note is that the unit ships in 2 boxes. It doesn’t say this anywhere, so when a single box came with half the stuff, I contacted the seller. They quickly responded to say the other box was arriving the next day (which it did). I have a lot of books and little space. This shelving unit definitely accommodates this in an attractive way. I do feel unit is a little unstable (wavers slightly side to side in movement) and several of the shelves I received had uncolored (touched up with dark marker to blend) or rough-ish edges.
