Our wine cooler malfunctioned just short of one year from purchase. I contacted Tyla Customer Service, through an email link on their website. Pheobe a member of Tyla's support team was assigned our case. She was impressive. She responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Pheobe asked us to perform some simple diagnostic tests. She then quickly determined the unit needed replacement and that is was covered under warranty. Our replacement unit arrived today. While we were disappointed the unit needed replacement, we were very pleased with the after-purchase support we recieved and that Pheobe communicated with us daily until the replacement unit arrived. Pheobe is excellent at her job.

I will be contacting the company directly but I think other customers on Amazon should know that we haven't had this wine refrigerator for a full year and it has already stopped working. The location for the red wine is hot and I had to remove a bunch of bottle that we bought in Napa and I'm hoping have not been ruined. The top portion is cool but not cold and I'd much rather keep my wine in my regular fridge at this point. Very disappointing especially since now we have to go through the hassle of getting a new fridge.

This is a nice wine refrigerator, however... 1. If you have a variety of bottle diameters, not just 2 3/4" bottles, there is no way 30 bottles fit inside this wine refrigerator. 2. While the shelves do slide, the slides are not full-extension and the glides do not move smoothly. 3. In a quiet or semi-quiet room, the compressor sound is noticeable. 4. The blue color lighting of the temperature indicators are very bright. The manufacturer needs to add a dimming capability. 5. The dual-zone temperature control is nice, but for some reason the top zone on my refrigerator fluctuates in a 5-degree range. Continually fluctuating up-and-down from 47 degrees (where I have the temp set) to 52 degrees. The bottom zone holds the temp at 58 degrees (where I have it set). In summary, this wine refrigerator looks nice, only holds about 20 bottles, and is just ok.

We ordered this wine fridge to replace a trash compactor under a kitchen counter. This fit perfectly and was an easy installation. Needed only to install the handle, plugged it in, and it was working great. Really does the job. Quiet and attractive. Note that shelves are not adjustable, and while most are standard to fit normal bottles of wine, the way the bottom two shelves are configured - the bottom one is for extra large bottles, and the one above it is for small bottles - there is no way to change that. But having two zones is great. Most importantly, the company communication is fantastic. They reached out to me first, and answered the couple of questions I had quickly. I trust that they will be helpful if I have any issues. Overall, everything is as advertised and I highly recommend.

I am extremely overjoyed with the quality of this cooler. The outside and inside designs are not only sleek and clean, but the fridge also fits right into any home as an embellishment! I am super satisfied with the temperature control because keeps all the wine at amazing consistent temperatures. The lights on the inside are beautiful too! We purchased this wine cooler 11/21. In September of 2022, it stopped cooling. We contacted Tylza customer service (Lisa) and she helped us tremendously. We had to have a local repairman determine what was wrong - needed 2 parts. Due to issues with sending the parts, Tylza replaced our defective cooler with a new one. I was so worried that we had wasted money on this cooler and were stuck with it.m But, I am so impressed with Tylza and Lisa in their customer service department - especially these days!

It came well packaged and undamaged, and after letting it sit idle for a couple of days as directed it started right up and held temperature. As others have noted the shelves fit most standard 750ml bottles but are a squeeze for those with a slightly oversized base, although there may be some adjustability in the shelving to accommodate those too. The temperature does vary from set-point by a few degrees, but so do most refrigerators - you just don't have an LED display to know it. Phoebe in customer service has been great to work with!
