Had been working well for me for a while now. Consistent temperature control, good lighting, racks are sturdy. You do run into some fit issues with very tall or fat bottles, but that’s obviously expected with a fairly compact fridge like this. It still can comfortably 15 standard bottles (the 3 spaces on the bottom don’t really work if you have bottles in the rack right above).     • PERFECT Wine fridge for small spaces
We just received our new Nutrichef 18 bottle wine fridge. It was delivered perfectly and on time. It took seconds to setup and not long at all until the temperature reached our desired setting then we placed all our bottles into the fridge and it only took about 30 minutes for it to return to the desired temp and since then our wine has been at the perfect temperature every single time we take out a bottle. The unit looks fantastic and fits our small apartment perfectly. It's also very quiet....I literally sit right next to it on our couch and I cannot hear a thing...even when I'm quietly reading a book it's barely audible and does not bother us at all. The only improvement I would recommend is having the ability to turn the bright blue temperature display light off...it's quite bright especially at night, but I appreciate the fact that you want to make sure the temp is staying where you set it to ensure your wine maintains that temp but I would prefer to be able turn the light off and just check on it whenever I want to rather than having that extremely bright light on all the time. That said we LOVE this wine fridge and would highly recommend it!!!! ... show more

Received this 18 bottle wine refrigerator and it seemed well packed but box was torn on an area and once unpacked there is a small dent in the side of the refrigerator. Didn’t want to return it since it isn’t that noticeable and where I plan to store it won’t be seen. I let it sit inside my house for 8 hrs until I was sure it felt normal temp since Texas is hot and fridge felt very warm. After that I plugged it in and easy to set temp to get it cooled before adding my wines. Didn’t take long for the fridge too cool to 54-55 temp and stayed consistent. I then loaded it up and didn’t take long for it to return to the 55 temp I set and it has stayed that way. Bottle feel cool inside. Absolutely love this refrigerator! Super quiet. Never hear any noise or compressor starting. It is beautiful to look at too. I have already told many friends to purchase this brand. Highly recommend this. No regrets whatsoever except maybe to get a larger one. ... show more

    • Pretty good; excellent for the price
Works great, very quiet (at 60F), and excellent value. In hindsight, I might have considered getting the one with the stainless steel front. The one with the dark glass looks nice, but the LED that you can turn on inside is pretty useless because you can basically only see the top 3 bottles.

The Nutrichef wine cooler replaced my old Koldfront which no longer cooled. The Nutrichef has a much more elegant and sleek look, it holds the same number of bottles with a smaller footprint.     • Didn't even last a year!
I purchased the Nutrichef 18-Bottle Wine Fridge in February 2025, and after only a few months of use, it has completely stopped working. The unit no longer chills properly—the temperature keeps resetting itself to a higher setting, and despite following all the recommended troubleshooting and reset steps, nothing has resolved the issue. On top of the product failure, the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. The manufacturer is very difficult to reach, and after spending a long time waiting, the representative I finally spoke with was unhelpful and rude. They requested proof of purchase and the warranty card, which I sent multiple times to the email they provided, but they continue to claim they have not received it. It feels as though they are avoiding honoring the warranty. To make matters worse, they expect me to cover the cost of shipping this heavy fridge back to them—even though the malfunction is clearly due to the product itself, not misuse on my part. This has not only cost me time and energy, but also ruined the wine I had stored inside. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. Between the poor quality of the fridge and the unprofessional customer service, purchasing this item has been nothing but a headache. Received my PKCWC180 wine fridge a few days ago. Set up was easy. After leaving unplugged upright for 24 hours, the fridge cooled down rapidly and is maintaining a constant temperature.     • TOO MANY USES ALREADY !!
Bought this little fridge for a cheese cave... temps perfect... soooo (almost totally) quiet.... no leaking water.... shelves removable... replaced with some bamboo rack for the cheese.... my 10" cake plate slides in perfectly in the shelving track... vegetables, breads, nuts, fresh-ground flour and drying sausages are all now vying for space... and soon there will be no room for the cheddar to do its aging... I could see having a couple of these around if I had a nice sized kitchen... next best thing to having a cellar... where some foods can keep nicely without the harsh cold of the fridge... Humidifies well, a challenge to get above 50% for the cheese and sausages. ... show more
