I recently installed a set of running boards on my 2025 Ford Ranger XLT, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They gave the truck a more rugged and modern look, perfectly matching its overall design. Great quality, easy to install, look fantastic! My 2020 GMC AT4 sits fairly high, I needed something I could use to help me get in and out of my truck without adding extra stress to the seat leather or "oh no" handle. These running boards did the trick. Not too heavy, but they are well constructed. The coating is nice, has the same feel of the rhino coating in my bed. Even when wet they aren't slippery. I installed them alone, and it took about an hour to do. If you don't have someone to help you; you can use jack stands to support it, or a floor jack. However if you're like me, I don't want to grab a bunch of stuff out of the garage if I don't have to. I mounted the hangers, then I lifted one side, put the furthest bolt in, then went to the front and did the same. Once I had them hand tight I put the rest in place, lined it up where it needed to be then tightened everything to spec. You wont be disappointed in these running boards.

The overall quality was good. They arrived in good shape with all of the necessary parts to assemble. Installation took a bit to figure out as the directions were not the best. Once I had them installed, I really liked the look and how they gave my truck sort of a Baja look. My issue is that they are not very functional, and I feel like I am on guard getting out every time. Getting in while stepping up is fine, but getting out and stepping down is a bit of a trip hazard. The main pipe on top sticks out, I have to make sure my foot is parallel to the truck or my heel will catch on the large tube while stepping down. For reference, I wear a size 11 shoe. My second issue is there is a support bar that runs at a 45-degree angle from the top middle step to the bottom. I also find myself catching my foot/heel on that when getting out as well. My wife has driven my truck and agrees with all of this. Conclusion: It was a pain to get them installed, but I like the look, so I am keeping them, as I did not want to go through the installation process again. Be cautious when getting out especially when it's dark. I would not buy them again.

I’m in Florida & have had these installed for a month now. They look badass on my new Toyota Tundra & the finish looks the same as it did the day they arrived. Sturdy. Easy to install… just don’t tighten them as you go. Get the bolts mostly snug, adjust the bar to where you want it and then go back over them to tighten properly. I installed these myself in under an hour. I dig it!

Oh man! These are nice. I love the “rugged” look of them. The non slip has been great with all the snow and ice on my boots. I have a black 2025 Chevy crew cab and these just look amazing on it. Very simple to install once I figured out which holes everything went in.
