Originally I though it would be too hard to use. I am a girl. Very fit slim, 63 years old. Seemed it was for guys. But pleasantly surprised that, I a girl, can use it too. It is not too hard. It is a good challenge. It has a lot of adjustments. You can make it easy, medium, medium hard, hard. I got it for me. My husband likes its too. Nice quality. Works well for arms, shoulders and chest for me.

Got six months and two weeks of use out of it before it started leaking a clear hydraulic oil from the dial that adjusts the pressure. Worked really well until today. Great idea, but need something more dependable. The only other problem I observed is that some of the nuts were a bit loose and continued to loosen over time, but that was easily fixed.

I really like this product. Easily adjustable for different level workouts. It really gives a good workout, you can feel the muscle burn. Compact, heavy duty. Time will tell if it is durable, but the co structuring appears to be very solid. I like it.
