On the inside, they utilize air-mesh lining, taped seams, and a Twisted X® molded footbed for additional comfort. These comfort features are paired with a double-stitched storm welt, full-length composite insole, a lightweight full-length compression-molded EVA midsole, and an oil/slip-resistant molded- rubber outsole to produce an industry leading work boot. I’m 41 years young and have been in construction the past 22 years of it. I have worn redwings, wolverines, ariats, and double H’s work boots over the years. These work boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have only had them for 6 months now but they are holding up great so far. I’m a base building superintendent so I’m in the harsh weather environments and so when most boots wear out after 6 or so months, had 1 or two pairs last a year and so I’m use to seeing signs of boots breaking down by now. I have very wide feet. In a Red Wing, I wear an H width. It is almost impossible to buy a steel toe that doesnt painfully squeeze and rub my toes. That is why I started buying these Twisted X square toe boots. The reason I wont wear anything else, even when not at work is because the foot pain that I have had for years went away within a week of starting to wear them several years ago and has only come back the two times that I wore another brand of shoe for short periods of time. They last a long time for me as well. I weigh about 320 and most boots are done in 6 months or less. These usually laat me over a year. Great price, great product. ... show more

Bought these for my husbands job and he loves them!! Twisted x is his go to brand because the quality is amazing. These are so comfortable for his job he is a pipefitter and he never complains these are definitely not on the cheap side but they are amazing boots! They do fit kind of small he is a size 12 in shoes and has to get a 13 in these and the design is so cute ... show more

Fit is excellent. Sizing was true to my 11.5 M shoe size. Minimal break in. Have a way to remove them, such as a boot horn when you initially get them and might not be used to removing boots. Very comfortable. Not heavy. Great price on them.

I bought these for my husband, who works in the oilfield. He is at work most days between 12-18 hours a day. These are awesome boots and have been great for him. We love Twisted X brand, and the square-toe steel toed boots are no exception to the brand's exceptional quality. Would definitely order again! This is the second pair we have ordered. The only downside is that they do run a bit wide. My husband has narrow feet, so we have to use thicker socks to make these a bit narrower. If we could change anything, it would be that they offer these in a narrower width. ... show more

Every day wear at least 10hrs. a day they hold up well in all weather conditions. Never get tired feet they’re comfortable all day long. Been sold on Twisted X for years good product and value for the $$ .
