I was shopping for a cheap, mattress that would also not only ship fast but be worthwhile. I immediately look at the reviews on Amazon no matter what I am buying. And videos for that matter. I came across I think the first video. Where a gentleman is saying the reviews are wrong and he seemed super genuine and funny. He showed the mattress puffing up after 8 minutes. Now this mattress is FIRM .but that's what I was after, I think they have several different versions as well. It's soft it was boxed really well . I did have another person to help unwrap the plastic. I definitely recommend, but can easily be done by one . Well done on a great product, and a happy customer (and dog)

My husband and I both suffer from back pain so I ordered this mattress in hopes that the support would provide relief from waking up in pain every morning. We received the mattress right on time. When we opened the box we let the mattress sit flat for just over 48 hours before we put it on our bed. This mattress is very firm and it provide support in all the right places. If you're a back sleeper (I am) it's perfect. if you're a side sleeper (my husband) there are pressure points that the firmness does cause pain and discomfort. I ordered a pillow top mattress topper and it relieved his pain and discomfort. I gave the mattress an over all 4 stars becasue it worked on the first night for me and with a simple mattres stopper it's now perfect for my husband.

This was such a risky decision but have absolutely no regrets! I was so worried getting mattress off Amazon because what if we don’t like it it would be a headache to return it, but we loved it! According to instructions we had to wait up to 3 days for it to rise but sleeping on the couch was really uncomfortable so we said whatever and only waited 24hrs. Mattress never went up to promised 14” but do I care? No. I was measuring it couple times within 2 weeks and it’s steady 12” which is totally fine with me. It’s not plushy or very soft like the ones in the hotels where you body sinks in mattress. It’s firm, supports all the positions you sleep in. My husband sleeps only on his back and I only sleep on my side and we both feel amazing waking up. No pain no discomfort. Be aware that if you get ikea bed frame like me mattress came out to be a bit wider than expected and my husband had to push it into the frame. (Side note for ladies it’s very heavy and you will need help changing bed sheets)

It arrived sooner than scheduled, so that was a huge plus. It was vacuumed tight in plastic. When I cut the plastic it instantly started to form it’s shape. At first I wasn’t sure if it would be square, as it looked curved and the edges but trust the process. It only took 24 hours to reach its full capacity of 14 inches. It wasn’t to soft or to firm. Like Goldilocks said, it was just right! I got this queen mattress on sale and now I wish I purchased two instead of one, but I wanted to test it out first and it didn’t disappoint.

If you need a firm mattress, but like the softness of memory foam, definitely this is a must-have. We’ve had numerous mattress in a box setups for our rentals and each previous was “just a little too soft.” This OYT mattress is incredible for support (I would venture to say almost too firm), but has enough give that you’re comfortable and supported. Will definitely buy more as we refurnish our rentals. No odors, no issues, highly recommended if you’re searching for that very firm memory foam mattress to support back problems.
