For the price, this is fairly solid. We thought it was easy to assemble BUT the slats kept coming loose. After some hammering, we got them to stay and the frame seems to be ok now.

I have to admit, for the listed price I wasn’t really sure what to expect and definitely didn’t have high expectations. I’m happy to report though that I was pleasantly surprised with how well this frame felt once assembled. Assembly was easy and the frame itself was a lot more stable than I thought it would be. Definitely don’t need a box spring with this type of frame although depending on how thick of a mattress you have and/or type, I’ve experienced some instances where using a mattress too thin allows the hardness of the metal slats to come through. We have a 10” mattress and feel nothing other than great support. The frame also does not make any noises, creaking, etc. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of this frame. So far, it’s working out very well and a bonus is the clearance under the bed. We’ve since picked up under bed storage bins that now give us usable space. I hope this helps you!

My basement flooded and i had this on hand so i put everything i had on to this frame and it held up like a champ. It had around 200-300 pounds of boxes on this and it saved me from water damage. Have not had the chance to use this as a actual bed frame but i know for sure it will hold up.
