These blue light glasses look fine, feel light, and work according to their included card and light test. I would have preferred a lab test result to show the actual efficacy as those lights aren't the full blue light spectrum. The posting says they include one but I did not see one in the package or anywhere on the posting. I'm not dropping any points for that, but I am dropping a star due to the stability of these frames. One of the ear pieces came out of the box without being fully secured so it comes apart slightly. At first I thought it was some form of size customization, but the other side is fully secured so I doubt that. I also noticed quite a bit of play in the area around the lenses. If you squeeze the frames they feel like they have a bit of give to them. So while overall these seem fine, I can't give it 5 stars with the build quality issues I encountered

These are the lightest frames and glasses I have ever worn. They are super featherweight and light. I do worry about accidentally sitting on them if misplaced by this tired toddler mom (I have sat on my glasses before), as they seem a bit delicate in their making. Though I am a woman I tend to order men's glasses frames, as I find they fit my face better. This style for the Crystal is quite angular, and would suit someone with a straight nose and strong features. Besides these glasses, I use a blue light reduction app on my phone & computer to adjust the screen as it gets towards night.

I use these at the office all day, my eyes aren't strained nearly at all by the end of the day. I wear them until I go to sleep. I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. Great glasses. Highly reccomend to reduce strain if you're in front of your TV, computer, or phone all day.

Good blue light filter glasses. Can really help with long screen time, be it for study or work. I've tried the glasses for a few days and can feel less eye strain. Comfortable and lightweight. I highly recommend this product.
