The lowest amount of money you can spend on a plan is $20/month which is ridiculous because the title says "no contract required" yet charges a monthly subscription. The app itself does not work. It literally took me a half hour of BSing with their website to get the tracker to work properly. It's constantly losing connection forcing the user to start everything over. I couldn't even get the tracker to work because it says it's associated with another account. Worst experience I've ever had with an Amazon product. Do NOT buy! Get something else.

Definitely recommend!! Customer service is amazing!!! In the year we’ve had it, we’ve only had two times where it wasn’t getting signal. Once was because we lost power in the vehicle and to change the wire and the other was they were doing about 15 minutes of update to their system. Both times customer service was prompt, courteous and very helpful! Highly recommend recommending. It wonderful to have peace of mind knowing where our teenage newer driver is!

Super easy installation great app but it's false advertising for the subscription mine was $12 a month if I paid for 1 year up front I don't know where the $6 a month cost that they advertise is but their pricing is misleading for the subscription you need for this thing to work.
