So I just took my first ride on my new bike and I got to say I love it so far. Has plenty of power and is a blast to ride. Believe the hype, this thing is awesome. Had a couple scuff marks on the bike but overall arrived in great shape and was easy to assemble. Nice it came with a phone/bag to mount on the handle bars. The little Allen hex tool they provided stripped on one of the heads but other than it came with everything I needed to put it together. Lights are super bright, horn works great, and pedals are nice. I'll update on my next ride but highly recommend! ... show more

Initially after assembling my bike i noticed Tuttio did not include a rear fender in my box. After contacting them they quickly sent one out in the mail. I've had this bike about a month now and have over 100 miles on it. Bike has plenty of power and fun to ride. I would recommend it.

Bike came scratched up in several areas and I’m almost sure my front wheel is wobbly/not trued. Edit: I wanna start off by saying I truly love this bike. I had buyers remorse immediately after I noticed the deep scratches that went deep into the metal and the wobbly wheel that just bugs the crap out of me since it was a “new” bike. I talked to customer service via email and they were very responsive which was nice. We came to an agreement that the scratches were both out of our control due to FedEx and their negligence. The wheel I would’ve hoped they just replaced our something but they just interrogated me about it until I just agreed that it may not be that bad of a wobble since it’s not affecting the bike at top speeds. Regretfully, I just left it that and gave the bike a chance. I feel in love with the bike, been riding it daily and put about 50 miles on it. However, things just keep adding up. The Odometer is never accurate and completely has a random mileage even when I turned reset mileage off in settings. Then on my ride yesterday the front brake pads started rubbing so i thought they just need to be adjusted so I did just that. Took it all apart to make sure everything was spaced properly. No go, scratching is way worse now and comes and goes and it’s was bugging me on the whole ride today to where I had to stop several times to make adjustments. Not a great first week with the bike and I hope to God it doesn’t get worse as I been enjoying my rides in my area. But starting to get annoyed by wasting money that I can’t get back and doubt they will make amends. Please consider this review before buying the bike . ... show more

This is one Assume E-Bike! Very well Built, Super great price! did I say its also got great acceleration! This is my 3rd E-Bike and got to say the Best! great Facebook page to learn more about this Great E-Bike! everything worked right out of the box, and Super Fast Shipping!!!
