  • CF Moto Uforce 1000 XL
If you have a 2024 CF Moto Uforce 1000 3 seater or the XL 6 seater, this tool will fit. The ball joint size on your rig is going to be 42mm exactly. Check with the factory if you have an older model, should still fit though with the same parts. At first I was using a longer ratchet wrench to press out the old ball joint, I got it out with muscled effort. Then tried to get the new one in with it, I couldn’t do it. Save yourself the headache and frustration and just use an impact wrench. I should have done that from the start. I kept worrying about the ball joint not going in perfectly straight while being pressed in. From what I read, this is normal. Once I got the impact on it, it still went in unevenly but went flush once it was all the way down. It is now in there solid and no damage. Be aware that once you position the hole of the lower control arm in the press, it will not sit flush because of the thickness of the arms get in the way. Luckily for me I had to replace the control arm as well and grinded off old hole end where the joint inserts, and used it as a spacer. It went flush and I was able to impact the new joint into place. I’m not sure if doing this without the spacer would cause any damage. It worked for me though. ... show more
