I bought the Tushy 3.0 and loved it but my wife felt it would interfere with getting in the guest bath shower, which I agreed with. Because the Tushy 3.0 was rated highly by consumer reports I decided to try the Tushy Wave because of the compact flow control design. I had some apprehensions - I did read the negative reviews. But there are always negative reviews and because Tushy Wave had a 30 day like it or return it warrant, I decided to take a chance. I like the Tushy Wave and have kept it. I never want to go back to using TP. I especially like the contour seat. It is a bit smaller than my old standard seat, about 1/2 inch all the way around but I've gotten used to that. The feel of the contour is so much more comfortable than the old standard toilet seats I've grown up with. I've never owned a bidet seat before but I did use one at a B&B. With little experience, I can't say this is the greatest bidet ever, but it meets my expectations. Some advantages are it doesn't require an electrician, or a tap into the hot water under the sink, and it is reasonably priced. I've only had it during the summer so I'm not sure how it will be in the winter, but cold water in the summer is not a problem at all. It appears to be well constructed, so I'm hoping for many years of use. All in all I'm happy with my purchase. BTW, my wife will not use a product like this because it doesn't seem sanitary for women. I hope that's not true because women will really miss out. I love not using TP, and saving trees, and being a whole lot cleaner. ... show more

Great advertising for a great product. I bought the wave, on sale, and I love it. I thought the cold water model might be too chilly, but I find it refreshing. I bought one because my friend recommended it. I would definitely recommend it.

Tushy, you disappoint.

Just get the normal tushy bidet. I got this because I thought it'd be easier to clean, which is is slightly. Not much. The bidet part is fine. Works the same as a normal tushy. This thing is a HORRIBLE toilet seat however. I do not think they had a single man on their qa team. 1. The seat is flimsy. If you ever sit on your toilet seat with the lid closed, I do not recommend this. Mine already broke. I weigh 160 lbs. That's how cheap this thing is. 2. It doesn't stay up when you're peeing. You have to hold it the entire time. 3. Esthetically it's horrible. 4. You can't close both the seat and lid at the same time because of how it's designed. The seat will catch on the lid about 1/4 of the way down. You have to close one at a time. ... show more

I love it, however the knob is too small. I love that it was easy to install. I love that the devise is snug when you sit on it. I'm 170 pounds. I lave that it easily glides off for convenient cleaning, and for install adjustments. It was a little spendy, however it is a quality device.

All I can say about this product is I wished I had purchased it 20 years ago! Your product does what it says and is easy to install. Never felt so clean and refreshed. If I could give this bidet 10 stars I would. We've come too far as a society for anyone to be using just toilet paper or wipes at this point. I'll break it down by Installation and usage and overall cleanliness. Installation: If you have a previous Tushy model, it will take you 5 minutes, if this is your first dance towards a cleaner backside, it will take you maybe 10 minutes. It's easier than installing a normal toilet seat, instructions are great and funny. 5/5 Usage: If you've never used a bidet, it's life changing and you will soon know the horrors of having to poop outside your own home. Coming from one of the older models, the controls are upgraded, the nozzles are even better and easier to keep clean, the fact that it's an entire seat vs just an insert is fantastic. Incredibly comfortable, soft close (my wife appreciates this) and a joy to use. 5/5 Overall: If you're either looking to upgrade or get into the bidet game for the first time, you can't go wrong with this one - highly highly recommend. ... show more

Disappointing

For as expensive as this is it should really be more stable. Do to the easy on/off housing it moves very easily no matter how tight you set it. The bolts and rubber sheaths you use to mount to the toilet is also a wild choice. The seat design is also weird and unlike most other seat. The knob doesn't always turn off the water despite hitting the click wall. It's nice to have everything all in one like this but I think the regular bidet add on is a much better product. ... show more

Straight forward installation

I tried installing a different product and wound up sending it back. This bidet was a relatively easy with straightforward installation. The manual is hilarious! My husband is never experienced a bidet before. His delightful expression upon his first encounter overcame every moment of hesitation about getting one. I have had colorectal surgery. I have had a great deal of difficulty in that vicinity of my body. This has already made such a difference in my comfort. Thank you for making a great product.
