Ordered seat on 18 May 2025 after a month long surf trip to Indonesia where several locations had similar seats in their baths. My 1st order was lost by the USPS. Amazon refunded my purchase 2 weeks later and I ordered a 2nd seat. It was delivered in a few days followed by the 1st seat a few days later, which I sent back to Amazon. I should have kept it! I am a male and I installed it on the toilet in what my wife calls “my” bathroom, which has an elongated toilet. Installation was a breeze but, full disclosure, I have degrees in engineering, physics and mathematics and my hobby is doing handyman projects around the house. Even so, instructions were clear and humorous. We had a (large) guest stay with us who was going to use my bathroom, so I moved the bidet seat to my wife’s bathroom in the master bedroom. That was a mistake because, even though she laughed at me when I first bought it, she now won’t let me take it back. I laugh at the reviews that state the water pressure is low! My one issue with the seat is that if you turn on the water pressure too far too quickly, you could rip yourself a new one - really! Those with low pressure likely have a valve or supply line with issues. Also, if your seat won’t stay up, make sure your tank cover is positioned all the way back and, if it is, move the toilet seat forward in small increments until the seat can remain in the up position. One final note, I was very concerned with the purchase because the bidet seat forces your sitting position to be closer to the front of the toilet, and I tend to hang a bit low, if you know what I mean. I think that with certain toilets, even those that are elongated, I and others could have issues. There also may be toilets where you need to position the seat too far forward to allow the cover and seat to remain in the up position and still be usable - at least for certain fellows. FUNNIEST DARNED MANUAL in PRINT!! Read the whole thing--great job by their team. While entertaining you, it also gave clear instructions on how to install it. It took me about 30 minutes but it wasn't hard. I just had a hard time getting it to sit right on my elongated bowl, and I was pleasantly surprised that there were NO water leaks at all anywhere, and that the water pressure is excellent. I didn't care about heated water--I live in Louisiana, but if you live up north that might be less than desirable in winter. I love that this doesn't require electricity because there's no outlet nearby, and I love how compact and sleek it is. One thing that was a dealbreaker for me, though, is the hollow seat with very narrow front. When properly positioned, it doesn't cover the entire rim. The sides are also too narrow for my liking and there is "play" in the seat if you lean left or right, which makes me think that the bracket with its short plastic guides will break too easily. Sad that they also skimped by making the seat HOLLOW with lots of nooks and crannies to clean. (WHY?) A solid plastic seat would have been so much sturdier and easier to clean. And the expense made it a big nope from me. I'm returning it and hoping I can get a refund. Again, the water pressure is GREAT but the price is too high for something I don't foresee lasting very long in my particular household.

I had a "TUSHY Classic" already. I loved it but found it difficult to find a soft close seat that fit well with it (lid kept breaking) and I kept replacing seats. I decided to try this instead and I love it! It has a nice sleek design and it was much easier to install.

I bought the Tushy 3.0 and loved it but my wife felt it would interfere with getting in the guest bath shower, which I agreed with. Because the Tushy 3.0 was rated highly by consumer reports I decided to try the Tushy Wave because of the compact flow control design. I had some apprehensions - I did read the negative reviews. But there are always negative reviews and because Tushy Wave had a 30 day like it or return it warrant, I decided to take a chance. I like the Tushy Wave and have kept it. I never want to go back to using TP. I especially like the contour seat. It is a bit smaller than my old standard seat, about 1/2 inch all the way around but I've gotten used to that. The feel of the contour is so much more comfortable than the old standard toilet seats I've grown up with. I've never owned a bidet seat before but I did use one at a B&B. With little experience, I can't say this is the greatest bidet ever, but it meets my expectations. Some advantages are it doesn't require an electrician, or a tap into the hot water under the sink, and it is reasonably priced. I've only had it during the summer so I'm not sure how it will be in the winter, but cold water in the summer is not a problem at all. It appears to be well constructed, so I'm hoping for many years of use. All in all I'm happy with my purchase. BTW, my wife will not use a product like this because it doesn't seem sanitary for women. I hope that's not true because women will really miss out. I love not using TP, and saving trees, and being a whole lot cleaner.

Super easy installation. I am the furthest thing from a plumber but I had absolutely no issues getting this thing put on fast. What they say about cleanliness is true. I was team wet-wipes but this thing is 10x better, on top of saving any further concern about potential tissue clogs.
