We just got it put up. The directions are not the easiest to follow. There were parts put on last instead of first. The nut that is welded on the inside of the 4 posts broke off inside so you have to get needle nose pliers to hold it so you can tighten the screw into it. Also some of the screws stripped when screwing them in. The plastic end caps that are pre-installed so that the curtains don't fall off just fall out so recommended gluing them in. I would also recommend curtain weights if you live in a windy area to keep them from blowing in on you. We haven't been through a winter yet so I have no idea how much snow it can hold/snow load. It came with bolts/nut to hold the gazebo to the ground but the Instructions do not show you how to us them or install them. So we went and just got cement screws to screw them to the bricks. We do love it though. I do wish it was a little bit taller for our situation. Our deck is 36 " off the ground so we had to raise the gazebo higher to not become decapitated going down the steps to the spa. We hope it lasts at least 10 years or more. ... show more

I hate to even have to write this review but we have been more than patient. We ordered this gazebo in March, the return window expired in April. When we started unboxing we noticed some parts were bent and damaged possibly from shipping and delivery. When it was completely up we noticed panels missing so we reached out to amazon customer service which was so difficult to work with, they advised the return window had expired, I explained I didn’t want a return I wanted the missing panels (2 of them) the item is extremely heavy and it would have had to be broken down! This took my husband 2 days to build on his own.. we reached out to the manufacturer who then said would send the replacement and still nothing! It’s been a nightmare dealing with this situation and will never order from them again. My advice is to check everything all pieces as soon as you receive it! ... show more

    • The roof does not stand up to snow
I bought this in March 2023, hired a handyman to install it in April. Everything was fine until it snow. I live in Colorado, each time it snowed, one of the rods on supporting the roof fell apart. I hired a handyman to come fix it, and it was good, until the next snow storm. The same rod came off. I think the rod is too short. I contacted amazon in December, they agreed to a refund, but this is a gazebo...I cannot return it....it's installed and it's BIG...how can I return it. I suggested to contact the seller for a replacement part (thought that since this is s big item, the warranty should be at least 1 year). I emailed the seller, and until today, I did not hear back :=( ... show more

    • First snow panels fell
This is supposed to be winter rated. 4 inches of snow and 2 panels fell out.

    • I wouldn't call it a hard top
It's very thin aluminum so some pieces were damaged and bent in shipping. Although the instructions were easy to follow they were not complete and several steps were missing. The "hard top" is flimsy plastic that isn't any more sturdy than poster board
