I’ve been told and heard of bidets for a while now, but the full seat ones are ridiculously expensive. And there was a sale going on, and I seen this one that you just install under your own toilet seat. And with it being on sale and me wanting to actually see what all the hype was about with bidets, I ended up buying it. Once it finally arrived, I opened the box, browsed over the instructions for installing it, and got to work getting it installed. I finally got in all set up and situated right, then I figured out how it works and everything. It was all pretty straightforward, there are only 2 dial knobs on it, one hot and cold dial, and one for the pressure/ strength dial, then lastly there was a little slider to angle the spout back and forth adjusting the angle of the water stream. So got that all set up and figured out, I just had to wait for the need to use it. Once I finally did, and I finished my business, I turned it on and I felt like I had a life changing experience! It was something other worldly, and the warm water was perfect, so was the cold, the slider worked perfectly adjusting the angles and the pressure/ strength dial worked perfectly as well. After I finished there I cleaned up the rest of the way and was thoroughly satisfied at how well it cleaned me. So with all that being said, do I recommend this bidet? ABSOLUTELY I DO!!! If you have the extra money, and are thinking about buying one of these attachment bidet’s, then I can not recommend this listing here enough!!! You will save money from toilet paper. You will get cleaner than you probably ever have previous to owning it. And not to mention it’s good for the environment. Also it’s an experience I think everyone should get to enjoy once in their lifetime!!!

Read directions fully before install. It's easy but there are a few minor details that if overlooked can cause frustration. Needless to say when I did the second install it was flawless. Here are a few things that I overlooked and a few pointers. If you have plumbing done to code then you wont need to shut off main. I wanted to upgrade my valves to the 1/4 turn -GATOR byte valves. Once you flush toilet and sponge out the remaining water on the bottom, disconnect the cold feed into the tank, connect the original line and using provided black cap screw firmly on the existing opened port. Then turn on water to test for leaks. Now this is where I deviated from the instructions and I felt it was easier to get the how water feed to curl less due to manufacturing process of the plastic line. Route you hot water line to the supply side BUT DO NOT CONNECT just yet. Now on the Tushy device remove the (Gator/Shark Byte type) connect from the HOT water supply. On the quick connect, first remove the nylon circlip (circular clip) from the groove that it sits in. Be careful sometime they will flick off and you will have to look for it. In the event this happens, no worries the connect will still work without it. It is to prevent unlocking by accident, which is even hard to do intentionally. NOW THIS IS IMPORTANT- Using a PVC or Tube cutter (you can buy a cheap one for about $5) make sure the supply line is a perfectly straight cut. Now compress the bottom of the quick connector, and while it is compressed insert supply tubing into connector until it cannot go any further. The first install I did I did not do this procedure and the connector leaked. I removed tubing from the connector by compressing the bottom and twisted it out of there. Once that was done I connected the provided line to the toilet, turned on the cold water supply . and tested Tushy valve. I then connected Hot water supply and tested that as well- The rest is a matter of putting the seat back on.

I just finished installing this product and so I have limited use (testing without pooping) so my review will be made with the expectation that it works at cleaning the bum. The first thing I noticed was the finish and build quality. Outer edges of the knobs are flaked and one part in the middle is very obvious. I didn't get a picture before the install but part of the white plastic was also a bit scuffed. No part of the product looked like it had been used before and the issues appeared to happen during manufacture/assembly. Which speaking of the white plastic part, it feels *very* flimsy. This is a personal bathroom in our house and not one others use so I don't feel like it will be an issue with others being too rough with it but I would definitely be concerned about the longevity with heavy usage. The hot water hose/connection is also poor. I'm not a newbie to plumbing and have replaced toilets, sink faucets, added lines under the house, fixed lines to the shower, and added a hose connection for outside. I've used push-to-connect before and have multiple SharkBite fittings in my house. Some are even behind walls, I'm that confident in them. This offering from Tushy is questionable though. The first problem I encountered as an uneven cut to the hose. Uneven enough to not allow the hose to properly insert into the fitting. Thankfully I had to tools to cut it evenly but even then it took *significant* force to get the fitting in 100% of the way. I had to remove the push-to-connect fitting from the Tushy in order to get a proper amount of force. Maybe my experience wasn't the norm, I don't know, but it was worse than any push fitting I've ever handled. I understand that Tushy wanted to save here since it's easier and cheaper to supply a long polyurethane tube than a proper supply line, but I wish they offered a custom order option (where we could also have brass connections to other parts of the product). Though I have the hot water line installed and working leak-free I still chose to hop on here and order an 8-foot supply line so that I could be more confident in it *staying* that way. With how they've clearly kept prices down in the other aspects of the product I really wish they would have just included one to begin with. They could have done that and still include the polyurethane tube and fitting and still be making a profit, while also providing a better experience for customers. All that said, I do believe I'll be happy with the product. The water power was strong enough and didn't have to turn it very high, maybe halfway. So I have no doubt that whenever I need to use it for a real clean -instead of a test- that it will fully clean. UPDATE Gave additional star. I've used it to clean multiple times now and it does do very well. The one "issue" was that I'd have to move the temperature knob all the way to warm to get anything more than cold water. Today though I changed out the included hot water line with a faucet line that finally got delivered yesterday. Not only did this make me more confident in the connection but it has improved the temp as the line is bigger, so the Tushy gets a larger supply of hot water. Be warned though... WARM on the knob will now get *hot*. Thankfully I assumed that'd be the case so started on cold and slowly worked the knob up to get a temperature I was comfortable with.

I have been using the OG Tushy Classic for the past 3 years. It completely changed my life. No longer was I a slave to the endless and futile cycle of wiping until mostly clean. I was made master of my own anal cleanliness. If the Classic was an evolution, the Spa 3.0 was an ascention. I have now experienced what it means to be a complete and whole human being. The 3.0 brings with it a whole host of new and refined features. The pressure now responds as seamlessly as an Italian sportscar. No longer the untamed ferocity of all the pressure my plumbing has to offer. No longer the fear and trepidation when adjusting the knob by a fraction of a degree for for fear that this beautiful and powerful beast would unleash a firehose-esque deluge upon my nether regions. No, this beast knows not of the meaning of the word torrent. What it does know is the restraint of a well seasoned veteran, the poise of professional in hygiene and luxurious comfort. The temperature controls are a fundamental game changer and my reason for upgrading. I have long dispaired at the use of unheated water on such a sensitive region, especially in the cold, dark Montanan winters. Regardless, I pressed on as cleanliness remains preferable to temporary genital chill, and I have adapted and grown as a result, but now I have been delivered from such inconveniences. I am now much more than I ever dreamed I would be when I was a small child questioning as to the nature of the universe and the future. I am complete. As a side note, the installation was very straightforward, especially converting from the classic as the old lines for cold water worked well enough. For the hot water, I decided not to connect the line to my sink directly, rather I drilled into my floor and ran the lines through my crawlspace. I was able to connect the line into my hot water line which resulted in a cleaner, more streamlined installation. My existing plumbing is 1/2 in. Pex so I spliced in the included line with the "SharkBite 1/2 in. PTC X 1/2 in. Compression Brass Tee Stop" (UR24984A). The connection included is a 3/8" so it worked perfectly. Overall, super easy installation and flawless performance. Tushy really delivered with this. I'm only bummed because it's the same price now that I brought the classic for three years ago, but at such a reasonable price I am not one to complain. Also, it looks better and is lower profile than the original. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

This was super easy for my husband to attach to our toilet and the hot water. The instructions were very easy to follow, and it comes with all the attachments you need. Also, the enclosed "funny toilet reading" booklet was hilarious LOL. This is the best thing to have if you ever have a hemorrhoidectomy and it will help you heal with the warm water adjustment; you can adjust the water flow stream to gentle, high or low and its CLEANER than a toilet you attach with a sitz bath bucket, that circulates nasty water. YUCK! You also save on a water bill from having to fill your tub for a sitz bath too. I hate trying to get in my tub after surgery, due to incisions because its difficult. ( I also recommend getting a Squatty Potty to recover from hemorrhoid surgery for using the bathroom) You can adjust the water temperature and pressure on the two adjacent dials. I highly recommend this. Toilet paper is so harsh for your "TUSHY" so use this! I LOVE IT! Its well made and a great price. Its very stable on our toilet, and very well made!

I purchased the Tushy bidet attachment with high hopes of enhancing my bathroom experience, but unfortunately, this product fell far short of expectations. While the marketing promises a luxurious upgrade, the reality is a disappointment in terms of both performance and safety. First and foremost, the astronomical price of the Tushy bidet is completely unjustified given the abysmal quality of the components provided. The non-metal attachments, which are critical for preventing leaks and ensuring a secure installation, are shockingly flimsy. It's astounding that a product in this price range would include such subpar elements, especially when compared to the reliable and durable plumbing attachments readily available in local hardware stores. The most concerning aspect of this situation is the potential for severe damage and safety hazards. Customers purchasing a product at this price point rightfully expect a certain level of quality and safety assurance. However, the Tushy bidet's cheap and poorly designed attachments make it highly susceptible to leaks and malfunction. Considering the potential for water damage to homes and personal property, it's alarming that the company would take such a cavalier approach to these vital components.
