  • Ease of use.
Works! semi-dry clay sand dirt. Hard surface recommend water hose feeding auger. had to make 3 foot trenches for culvert ends. Worked great. Longevity unknown, but for spot jobs - perfect.

  • Some problems on the 78cc
I Bought it for putting footerers in for a deck. I had to dig 14 of them out. I had to go down 30 inches. The only problem I had was the throttle keep geeting stuck when you start it back up. Also it dosent like tree roots, clay & rock. did seem better when I switch from the 8 inch bit to the six inch bit. Only advice I got is if you stop it pull the string a couple of times before starting it. It seems to help it and not take off. also I would hold on tight when you start it just in case it takes off. ... show more
