- Installation: The product is easy to install. Connect the T-type valve to the water tank and the inlet pipe, and connect the outlet to the spring hose. The other end of the spring hose is connected to the nozzle. When installing, align the threads and tighten them slowly. Don't forget to place the gasket.
- Warning: Spring hoses are not pressure-bearing connection pipes. Therefore, the water inlet valve of the T-type valve must be closed after each use. Continuous water pressure can cause burst and leakage.So as to avoid causing great losses. Once again, please close the valve after each use.
- Inspection: After installation, please observe carefully to ensure there is no leakage. If leakage occurs, do not continue to use it.

Not sure what it is, but I've purchased 2 of these and both times I have had issues with the t-valve with both installations. I've had to add a lot of teflon tape to create a good seal around the fittings to prevent leaking. The problem with having to do this, is that many toilet tank fittings are plastic. This is metal and will destroy plastic threading or fittings if overtightened or seated wrong. I have purchased a completely different sprayer and had zero issues in comparison to this. [Update: I've since purchased 4 more of this specific item. Particularly for the reason of the coiled hose, allowing it to remain off the ground. If I had issues with the 2 previous purchases, it could have been those toilets' fittings that were the issue. The 4 that I recently installed for my family's homes installed easily. Giving this one an additional star.]

Disappointed, at first start, leaked
Wifey and I we excited to try out the new handheld bidet. Received it, installed it right away. Followed the directions, which the installation was a piece of cake. Very simple. Everything worked out great, till the part when everything is installed correctly and as soon as I turned on the water flow, and all was good. I left the bathroom and when I returned two minutes later, there is a puddle of water on the floor. The leak is coming from the connection area of the hose and the bottom of the handle. No matter how many times I re-screwed the line to the handle and tightened it, it still leaked. I wanted it to work out so much. The product looked good and it worked great. Water pressure was perfect but it leaks. That’s no good. Test your product before selling it…

Coiled Hose is Key!
We bought this variety of handheld for the coiled hose versus other varieties’ hoses that touch down to the bathroom floor and look like they could get twisted around. Hose stretches far enough and easily enough for use, then coils easily back in place. Nozzle holder does not sit straight up and down on our toilet tank model (see picture) but seems to hold the nozzle without issue. The directions are sparse so it may be helpful to watch one of the many videos on installing handhelds generally, but it’s pretty straightforward. Note that the T-Valve piece that attaches to the toilet does not thread all the way up on our particular toilet model (see picture) but we used the provided rubber gasket and have no leaks. Easy to adjust the water flow via the water inlet valve on the T as well as via the nozzle spray handle as you get used to it and learn to use it to clean this way. Easy to use the handheld in front for #1 and in back for #2. Color is a brushed steel and coil hose color is gray. Great price, would purchase again, hope the quality holds up over time. 5 stars
