These are so much better than real fire logs or gas logs. You have multiple settings for the flame height and flame colors. There is a setting for fire crackling noise or can select silent. The media could not be loaded. Wanted fire I could look at with or without heat. These logs are amazing. Not only light weight and easy to install the fire give the feel of a real fire. I have had several people complement how nice they look. When running the heater it is more like white noise and doesn’t bother you while watching tv or talking. It heats up my living room with vaulted ceiling very quickly.

I love this product! I love the way it throws out heat and I especially love the way it looks. I do not find that it is noisy, just a bit of a hum. My only concern is that NO WHERE in the advertisement does it say that you can not use a heavy duty extension cord with this heater. I ordered a new heavy duty extension cord because I knew the cord would not be long enough to reach any of my outlets. The first I read anything about this was when I was reading the warranty that comes with the heater and it said you absolutely can not plug it into anything but the wall outlet. I called customer support and was told that if I use a 15 amp, 1800 wattage extension cord I can probably use it but only for short time periods. They said they do not stand behind it and do not recommend using them. I never read any of these reviews that said that was a problem so I assume everyone else can reach the 6 ft cord to an outlet which also must be on the left of the heater if you are facing, it because that is where the cord is located. I am now debating if I should return the heater or try to use an extension cord and hope it is ok!! After having the heater about a week, I decided to use the extension cord because according to the specifications....it had more than enough Amp and wattage and so on to handle this heater. I had it on for 4 hours one afternoon and decided to feel the plug to see if it was hot! To my dismay......it was very hot and the plug was beginning to discolor!!! I will be calling an electrician to see what can be done and how much it will cost to do it. Maybe there is such a thing as an even heavier appl. extension???? I am writing all of this to inform a future buyer that this is something you need to check out before purchasing. But, maybe you are smarter and more aware than I was!!

if you want a simple review... GET IT! there, simple done... in detail this is great for many reasons. it plugs in to an outlet with ease, and as long as you dont overload the outlet you will be in good shape. the logs look great at a distance and up-close. the remote is your phone and the interface is super easy and when you turn it off it saves your settings and when you turn it back on they are back on. the heat output isnt super high compared to others i have had but this one looks beautiful, and is so easy to use. the multiple flams colors are fun but the traditional orange is my favorite and the light crackling in the background i grew to love. you can set up auto features to have it turn on at a certain time and off at a certain time or after a number of hours. and yes, it can be turned on or off anywhere as long as the unit is on the home wifi system, i can turn it on at work before i leave so i can come home to the cozy glow. i do wonder if the heater is not working right for mine because its warm but really doesn't heat the room up as well as i had hoped but like i said, i still love it. definitely still a 5 star review even after the down falls.

This is one that's worth the money. It really throws out heat. It's very realistic looking on or off. I had a faulty remote but customer service got right on it and sent me an updated one. I'm happy with the product and service. After seeing how well the first one worked, I bought another one for the other end of the house. I just put in on the shelf part of my armoir. I hope they last a long time! Before I forget the noise level is barely noticeable and not at all if you have a tv going. Measure where you want it and it's light weight to just put in rhe spot and plug it in to a 3 prong outlet!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to surprise my wife, since our fireplace is all but condemned, needing thousands of dollars in repair before we can safely use it. This was a much cheaper alternative (for the time being) The Wi-Fi functionality is great, it works INSTANTLY! The colors are pretty cool as well. The light level is very cozy for a medium sized room. The nose is... Ok. When the heat function is on, it's more than a comfortable "hum" but it's not like industrial machinery or anything. Heat is actually pretty good. But the artificial "crackling" sounds, I really could go without. We always turn those down or completely off. But for the value, this is great!

It's a shame that your customer service created so many problems by just not doing the right thing to begin with. You know the remotes are faulty, just replace them. The logs are beautiful and I enjoy them every night. When it's not cold, I can go without the heater. I contacted them, I just wanted a remote that works. They wanted a video the videos too large to send.I pared it down.It's still too large to send so I give up. The logs work fine. The they look pretty The remote is horrible. Don't bother wasting your money cause you're not going to get a remote that works.
