I ordered this chair as I am on a fixed income and I needed a chair I could easily lay back in and also elevate my feet while sitting. Judging from the reviews I ordered the chair. It arrived promptly with no damage to the packaging. However, once I decided to put the chair together I remembered what one reviewer stated how the back needs to be slid on in a certain way so I followed those instructions and everything seemed fine until I sat the chair upright and sat in it. The chair was leaning to the left. The seat and when I elevated the seat they both leaned dramatically to the side. I sat the chair on its side to see what the issue was and finally saw that whoever constructed this particular chair did not slide the connection from the levers coming from the seat into the slots located on the base of the chair, not only that, the slots at the base of the chair had been flattened to the point where you could not attempt to pry the area open. I was exhausted and in a lot of pain by this time and could not wrestle with the chair anymore. I called my son he could not loosen the area either. I couldn't risk sitting in the chair as is (too dangerous) so I contacted the seller via email and explained my frustration and disappointment. I also explained there was no way I could repackage the item and return it. My son lives out of town and was visiting at the time and I didn't want him to delay his rounds visiting all our family members while he was here returning a chair. After sending the email a week later I opened my door to see a large box on my porch. I had not ordered anything so I was shocked to see such a large box on my porch. My neighbor bought the box inside for me and I opened it to see a new chair from the company!!!! No billing, no request for a return of the broken chair (which was now in my garage), just the replacement chair which I was able to assemble with no problem and have enjoyed every since. No, it's not a top of the line recliner, but it sure feels like it to me! I thank this company SO MUCH for their compassion for those of us that cannot afford to replace or return items because we are disabled. We are not considered in a world made for the young and healthy. Most companies have ABSOLUTELY no programs or even attempt to understand the pain and struggle we have to deal with on an EVERYDAY basis. LARGE, RICH corporations! It's sad, 'cause you're healthy until you're sick. To have this company do this for me confirms Amazon attempts to deal with manufacturers that stand behind their products (TCL televisions is not one of them). I would recommend this company to anyone and would definitely purchase another product from them. Thank you Tuoze!

I never give good reviews! But this chair met my expectations. Everything the reviewers say about it being easy to put together and comfortable is true. UPS shipping was reasonably fast, obviously the Price Is Right, carton was easy to open, chair was easy to put together and BONUS! Mine has a vibrating feature that was not mentioned in the description!! I'm nearly 70 years old, only 5 foot tall and 100 pounds - this is MY chair. I gave away my old recliner because it made my back scream with pain . I've been sitting in this one an hour and I have no pain. The fabric really is skin friendly, neither scratchy nor harsh. Yes the chair is small but it's perfect for my size and big enough for me and my cat, I love it so far. It does have a slight chemical smell but I'm certain that it will fade with time and it's nothing that a little Febreze can't help. Despite being a curmudgeon I really am quite happy about this purchase. UPDATE I just finished tearing the vibrating feature out of the chair. It consisted of two lemon sized pods set in the lumbar section of the seat back. When sitting or reclining in the chair those pods dug into my back. They had to go because there is just not enough cushion in the seat back to cover the pods. On the other hand, it was a bit of a bonus because while I had the seat open, I added some extra quality padding to the lumbar region so it is far more comfortable than it was originally.

I was shocked at how comfortable this chair is. Just about every time I sit in it I fall asleep (whether reclined or not). The fabric is nice and the stitching is very good quality. I've had the chair for about two months and haven't notice any sag or give in the seat. At 5'6" the foot rest hits me perfectly and comfortably at the ankle when reclined. The chair probably isn't the sturdiest piece of furniture I've ever owned, but its quality does somewhat exceed the price I paid for it. I was most impressed with how it was shipped. The entire chair came in a manageable box I was able to carry up two flights of stairs without any help. Once open it was a simple matter of screwing on the feet, sliding on the back rest, and 5 mins later you're done. This has quickly become my favorite seat in the house. It's perfect for TV watching, gaming and/or reading. I would definitely recommend it!

I've had it for maybe a month now. I didn't know what to make of it at first, it was quite narrow and I wasn't so sure about the build quality or comfort. But it seems to be holding up quite well. I gotta say, it's super comfortable. I have back and neck issues and I can take naps in it no problem. I like the fabric.... It's kind of like a canvas material. My only complaint would be the back massager function. While it is cute that it would have something like this with the little remote and it works in all, I don't think it is necessary for the chair. Not only is it pretty much without use, it creates the only issue with the comfort of the chair. The massager pieces create lumpy, hard spots on your back after the chair gets broken in :( I think it would be better without the function at all. Regardless, I love this little chair! Great for small spaces and it is really supportive and overall offers a lot of bang for your buck. The color was spot on to the photo, too. UPDATE: Over a year later and the little chair is a champ. Use it pretty much every night for hours and it's so comfy. Fits like a glove. It's holding up super well. I honestly gave my larger chair away to someone who needed it more, but I don't regret it because this is my favorite chair of all!
