First, let me apologize for the pictures. Not sure why the site rotated them but they were taken correctly. Anyhoo, this has to be the best office chair I’ve ever purchased. It took about an hour to assemble, as I like to set up my workbench so no errors are made. I do have suggestions for assembly, however. Label your screws so you know which go where. Do not fully tighten screws until you are 100% sure they are all screwed in and you know they belong in that section of assembly. Wash your hands or wear rubber gloves so the metal parts get no fingerprints on them or you accidentally stain the material. Use a sturdy workbench because it’s important not to strip the pre-drilled holes when screwing the seat to the chair back. Most important, take your time and read the instructions carefully. When you’re done, take a seat! Chair rolls smoothly and the under seat adjustment raises/lowers the chair with ease. This chair makes any home office look great! ... show more

The chair is beautiful and great to sit in for a few min. It’s a good value for the money but not comfortable after and hour. I work from home and do school online. I do not suggest for long hour seating. I’ve had it for three weeks and I can already see my butt dent and I’m a female of 5’3 150lbs. 😂 to fix the problem I purchased a chair cushion and back support pillow. If you’re on a budget and want your room to look modern and clean get it. Next time I’ll just get the ugly black lawyer 200$ ergonomic chair. 😅 ... show more

Cheaply made, not high quality to last a while. Mine are 6 mms old and can’t trust them for my clients to sit in. Lightweight clients are fine, but gets scary with heavy built clients.

Pros: Nice chair, just as advertised. Good combination of comfort, firmness and support. Cons: the backrest and seat came dirty at 3 places, appears like someone rubbed them on floor while packing in box. Also, box came open and was clearly opened by someone who tried to reseal it but couldn’t. I wonder who opened it. I would have given 5 stars if: product Box got delivered sealed, product should be bright white without dirty patches, and instructions on final assembly steps were more elaborate. ... show more

Great starter chair for intermediate office use! I went from using a kitchen table chair to this chair so it was certainly an upgrade! However, if you are going to be at the desk for 8+ hours at a time with little breaks, I'd recommend getting an extra cushion for extra sciatic support.
