I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily. It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal. I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes. I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up. So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

I received this product about 5 days ago. I been struggling with neck and back pain. I done everything for the pain except surgery. I purchased this one due to high ratings. I have used it for 4 days mutiple times a day and I feel it working. My back pain is better. I love that it is a mat but can be used as a belt. I thought I could use it without having to keep it plugged, you can't. This is the only negative thing. Do I recommend this product, yes. Pain relief helps, comfort yes, and quality yes.

It’s a good product but I found one that has a neck pillow that I think will work and be more comfortable. This is why I sent it back I have bad neck issues and need a pillow under the ! It’s is very helpful for the pain otherwise I have fibromyalgia and I need it . It really does help me.

This is a piece of crap. The first one I hot had lights go out in less than 3 months snd the plug was buzzing. Got a replacement and less than 3 months 1/2 of the lights are out It was not cheap

Worked great for a few months and now there’s bad circuits in it and it has LEDs that won’t turn on. Big bummer but I guess that’s what you get with a cheaper mat.

A nice mat to warm up with but that is about it. Have been using it (multiple members of my family) but not seeing relief just a nice warm sensation. I broke down and bought a different one and that one actual provides relief not just warmth.
