I previously purchased two ab stimulators years ago, but it was the old plastic kind with the gel pads that needed to be replaced. I wanted to see an upgraded version of this product existed and found this! This is perfect because the belt does not need to be replaced, you simply spray the stimulators and velcro the belts on the wanted body part (abs, arms). I've been using it with much success for the past few weeks and I lost 12lbs. I cannot confirm if this directly caused my weight loss, but it did motivate me to work out more and harder than before. I feel like the stimulation wakes up my muscles! If you are unsure if this is for you, it does not hurt to try, especially if you are in need of extra motivation.

I like the intense vibration but when i tried to fix the position of one in my arms when im putting it back when it is still on, i got electricuted,just tiny feeling, thats why i waited to finish the 13minutes left and restart the machine. Is it normal? Pls let me know.

I need to use it more but I can tell it works. I out the setting on the max and was sore. Only downfall is the instructions are written very small and a little confusing on the settings and modes. But it does stimulate muscles!!

I bought this product to reduce the size of my stomach. I can not comment on whether or not it works at this point. I have only been using it for a week. I can comment on whether or not it is stimulating my abs - it definitely is. It has several different modes and an intensity level up to 19. Depending on the settings used, it can actually be too intense. If that is the case, just turn it down. When I use it at a high setting, it has my stomach jumping all over the place. So in other words, it definitely is working as far as constricting the stomach muscles. I will continue to use this for the next two months. We will see if it actually reduces my stomach.

This is a very good product. After trying it for several weeks, I decided to also bought one for my mom. She needs some time to get use to the intensity of the shock wave but it definitely motivates her to exercise, which is the main purpose! My previous review: I ran across this product when it was on sale. It did not disappoint me. Please note that if you do this alone it may not be too effective but it would serve as an adjunct to your ab exercise. Technically a great way to motivate yourself to exercise! I really enjoy the soft shocks it provides and you can acclimate up to the higher levels. Don’t start on the most intense level or you would be very surprised! Have fun exercise everyone.

I am extremely satisfied with this AB Stimulator, and use it daily. The included 3 cord charger keeps the electronics fully charged as I rotate them out. I do not use the bicep/arm stimulators, but the 3 rechargable electronic pucks are interchangeable, so I always have one ready to go for the AB belt. The adjustability is perfect, and when turned up high, I get very strong contractions and can feel the burn. The main reason that I chose this AB Stimulator over others is the contacts. You use the included spray bottle to moisten the contacts before putting on the belt, and it works great. Time will tell how long this will hold up, but there is really nothing that can go wrong aside from the electronic controllers that snap onto the belt, and since there are 3 of them included, I feel like it might work forever.
