Probably the first thing you noticeqhen it arrives is its size and weight. This is serious machine. It's bulky and pretty heavy. It's 100 pounds easy, but a very awkward 100 pounds, making it harder to move around, like putting it away or putting in your trunk or truck. If you're a female I think you will need help with it. Ok, all that aside. This scooter is a total blast!!! I love it! It might as well be an e-motorcycle you can stand on. Every part is quality and built to last. I started off slow so I could get used to it. It was easy to handle. The throttle is very responsive. And if you want speed, man, it will fly. Criticisms: the throttle is a little clumsy. If it was a simple thumb toggle it would be easier to manage stopping, especially those sudden stops. The same fingers are used for throttle and brakes. Second, it would be a lot easier to use and transport if it was at least 25 pounds lighter. I'm a pretty strong guy and it's pretty hard to lift it. Which leads me to the third thing. There's a lot of sharp edges and corners. I've cut myself a few times already. Add a couple of handles so it can be lifted. Consider smaller women and teens. Overall: I love it. It feels like I bought an ATV that my wife didn't yell at me for getting it. I plan to commute with it since the range is great and the hill climbing is a piece of cake. I totally recommend it. But get a helmut, gloves, and other padding. One good spill on this can ruin your day, or worse. ... show more

Works great. 140 plus miles so far. I live on a steep hill. This thing actually accelerates on the way up! It has insane power, no joke. I usually ride on the 2 speed setting and single motor. If you select double motors and turbo you better have up to date medical coverage. It reportedly can do 50 mph. I did 44 mph once and was terrified. I basically ride between 20 and 25 mph. I needed the power for the hills I have. For that reason alone it is outstanding. My only beef would be it is not portable because of the weight. It’s about 110 lbs. Over 120 pounds. The taillights will break and fall off within a few months if you pushing it through doors. If you don’t have someone to maintenance these things, you’re screwed. Wiring came faulty. Breaks stopped working. Had to spend over $250 just to get it fixed.

This thing has operated perfectly and is always ready when I am and very dependable. It is just what it says and carried me at 45 mph on flat level ground! I was really amazed with the overall performance! Due to it's power I would not recommend this for a youth, this is an adult scooter!

This scooter is ridiculously fast, and it almost killed me the first time I rode it. Definitely takes some getting used to as the front wheel is so powerful it does burnouts, which causes loss of control pretty easily. Must be careful with the turbo button! However, nothing out there can catch me. The charge is great so far I’ve cruised about 20 miles and it didn’t even lower the battery level.
