The first ones I received would not charge at all and had to return them. The 2nd pair I had problems charging them, only one side would charge at first. I would get a green light on the one side but the other remained red until I switched the hearing aids around. I finally was able to charge both after switching sides. Then it came time to trying them on. The smallest plugs were too small, all I could hear was air swishing, I went to the next size up, they were better but hurt the ear, when I went to take them out one stayed in the ear canal. I had really hoped that these would work, but sorry to say they are not for me.

I really like these hearing aids. They sound good and make it easier to hear things like the TV. Outside it makes it easier to see things like birds singing. Unlike other Hearing aids that I have looked at, these come with the entire charging solution. Some only come with a charging case, but these have the charging case, the cable, and the plug in wall charger. The cleaning tools are included. The ear sizing thingys that are part of what adapts the hearing aids to your ears, come in several sizes. The ones that came on them were to big for my ears, but in just a few minutes I was able to switch them out with the included smaller ones. My understanding is you don't want to have to big or too small ones as they can be uncomfortable and could easily fall out. Once I changed the thingys the hearing aids fit comfortably all day and didn't fall out even during my morning jog. The Included cleaning tool works great for cleaning them after a long day's wear. The description says that the batterys last 35 hours when fully charged, I haven't tested that, but I charge them every night and they last all day for me. If I needed another set of hearing aids or needed a set for a family member, I would purchase these again.

Zero stars, Never recommend this product. It is trash; I bought this for my old father, who lives outside the US. One pair never worked at all; no charging, no works. The other pair was broken only after two months.

Takes a little time to get them adjusted. Spent a few days raising and lowering the volume. Now I can tell the wife that the TV is too loud!
